34 Weeks Pregnant With Twins

I am 34 weeks pregnant with twins. I am 4 cm and 90-100% effaced. I have been taken off bedrest now. I am wondering about how long it will be before my water breaks. I was hospitalized for 2 weeks with preterm contractions. And now that I have the go ahead nothing seems to be happening.
