Im only about 4 weeks along and my hcg levels where 3863 at 3 weeks and at 4 weeks my levels are 26,900 we already have done 2 sonos on me its not a tubal pregnancy which is good. I have been reading up on the Hcg levels and my husband has a feeling that im caring twins. I just wanted to know if this is why my hcg levels are so high?

That is extremely high, even for a multiple pregnancy. The only thing I can say is that high HCG levels can mean many things. Some good ,some very bad but most of the time, they mean nothing at all except a healthy singleton pregnancy. At your two sonos, did they see any sacs? I know it is still very early but I was wondering if they saw anything. I hate to say it but the only thing you can do is wait until your next u/s. By the 6 week, they should see if you have multiples in there or not.

Hi there, it's hard to say.....check out this site, betabase.info
you enter your first and last beta's (hcg) and look at singleton and multiples and see where you fit.
I am having twins, and mine beta tripled in less than 24 hours...but everyone is so different.
I had my first U/S at 6-7 weeks and we did see two heart beats and two sacs.
Good luck!
