I am 16 weeks pregnant with twins, the babys' father and I both have Hepat_tis C. My GI told me that there is only about 2-3% chance of them contracting it from me. I don't see how that's possible being that they are feeding off of me, which brought me to the question...where do babies get their blood? I know that sounds silly, but I don't have the same blood type as my mother and my oldest does not have my blood type. Has anyone heard anything different statistically or experienced a birth with Hep C? Thanks!

Oh wow I've been looking for someone else in the same boat as me! I hope you see this and an respond back, pls reply back I would love to talk to u as I am 2 months with twins and me and daddy also have HCV!
