I can't believe I wrote Spooting instead of Spotting, I have had a long day! Sorry!!!!

I THINK YOU REAL PERIOD IS WHEN YOU GET A FLOE THAT REQUIRES A PAD..(IT COULD BE LIGHT AS WELL BUT IT NEED TO BE FLOWY!) SO I WOULD SUGGEST TO CAST YOUR MIND BACK TO WHEN THAT WAS AND COUNT FROM THERE... THATS EXACLTY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME....I WANTED TO START CLOMID IN OCTOBER AFTER ALLOWING MY BODY TO SETTLE BACK INTO NORAML CYCLE...(I WAS ON BC IN AUCGUST STOPPED IN SEP)...WELL THIS MONTH SEP, WAS WEIRD...I HAD AF ON SEP THE 3RD....OVULATED ON CD9, LOSTS OF SYMPTOMS OF PREGNANCY, UNTIL CD18 WHEN I BEGAN SPOTTING ( I THOUHGT I HAD IMPLANTATION BLEEDING) THIS WAS 5 DAYS AGO AND NOW I HAVE FULL AF!!!SO FOR THE FIRST 4 DAYS I WAS GETTING A VERY LIGHT BLEED...NOT FLOWY BUT WHEN YOU WIPED PLENTY CAME ON TISSUE AND IN PAD..MY FLOW STARTED YESTERDAY SO I WOULD COUNTT HIS AS CD1.... NOW I KNOW I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT MY CYCLES ALL ABOUT...SO AM GONNA WAIT UNITL NOVENMBER AND SEE IF MY CYCLE IS NORMAL28 -30 days. THIS TIME IT WAS ONLYT 18 DAYS....KEEP US POSTED ON HOW YOU DO..IS YOUR UNPRECRIBED WHY ARE YOU TAKING IT AND HOW MUCH FOR HOW LONG...WHY DID YOU DECCIDE TO TAKE IT...AND ARE YOU TAKING ANTHING ELSE ARE YOU BEING MONITOER AT ALL..???THANKS

My RE says that your cycle begins on the 1st day of spotting if it is before 9 pm otherwise the next day is cd1. I do think that there is differing opinion with this though. Hope this helps!

Hi thanks for your responses. YAS, I am taking Clomid unprescribed because I would like to concieve multiples. We would not only really enjoy having multiples, but we started our family pretty early and I don't really want there to be a huge gap between our children- just in-case anyone was wondering WHY I decided to take unprescribed Clomid even though that is my choice ;) I am taking 50 mg on days 3-7 and will be taking mucinex and baby asprin once my 5 days are up. I have been taking prenatal vitamins and 1000 mg of folic acid for about 3 months. Also, I usually do not have any fertility problems, however, this month I did not ovulate, so I am even more determined to take the Clomid. I have 100% support of my husband and I hope that I get AF at the beginning of Oct. and that I don't have too much spotting so I can get this ball rolling! I hope we can have a nice thread to dicuss our hopes and share our stories!

hi angela did you start you clomid round?? i ordered my one and im still waiting so ididnt take it this month (so i planed) im hoping to stard nex month(17/11) and im now taking folic acid and ordered preseed online im going to buy beby aspirin and wild yams and hope to concive twins but even one is more that fine with me this is my second time use of unprescribed clomid the first one was 50mg 2 years ago and i conceved a baby boy on my second cycle this time im going for 100mg and you let me know it will be nice to dicuss the symptoms togheter and the result (pregnacy) so let me knoe please bye bye lisa

Hi Lisa, I did start my clomid on days 3-7 and I did not count my two days of spotting as new cycle days. I did not have any symptoms while I took it, but about a week afterward, I started getting headaches. Around the time of ovulation I some prety uncomfortable cramping and bloating. I took it easy, stayed hydrated and nothing came of it (OHS). So far I have had some incredible symptoms which I have never had including, bloating cramping, feeling of fullness in the abdomen, metallic taste in my mouth, EXCESSIVE urination (which is very unusual for me), and LOTS of CM- never really got to EWCM, but stayed watery for quite a while and is now creamy/lotiony, CP is medium and fairly soft, & temps have become a cla__sic triphasic chart. Anyway, I have taken two pg test and they both came up neg., however, I am not supposed to start until Nov. 1-2, so I'm keeping my hopes up (probably not smart). So good luck and keep me posted. If your cycle seems to be the same as mine, I am also posting on another thread in the signs of pregnancy forum under "hoping the witch doesn't show in Halloween" or something to that effect!! thanks for your answer angela i havent recevd yet my clomid i bought it from medsmexforyou and still waiting (this was about 14 days ago) so i will start as soon i receve them. last time i took clomid 50mg i dind have much or bad side effects but i was mainly nervous and i got pregnat on my second round i hope that you are pg but it hink that you took the pg test too early but just wait and see good luck and let me know bye bye

  I received my clomid in the mail and took my first pill yesterday, since it was the day of my expected period and I was spotting. Problem is, it stopped last night and I am no longer on a period, this morning. My period usually lasts 2-3 days. I am so confused, do I still take my next 4 days of doses?
