in Jan this year I was diagnosed with diffuse full thickness adenomyosis ( similar to endo, but the endometrium linining grows into the muscle). to try and shrink it my Doctor put me on 6 months of zoladex, mirena and the implannon to put me into drug induced menopause. I am done with that now and we are waiting my periods to return to try and get pregnant asap to keep bleeding at bay for as long as possible. I know that It is still there as I have been having twinges like i used to so it is race against time before it grows back. he wants me to wait for my second period and start clomid on days 2-6. my husband's sperm is "spectualar on all counts" according to the doctor. from my reading taking clomid 2-6 increases the number of folliciles. so what would be the chances of twins? since we may only get one pregnancy before a hysterecomy will be needed, we would actually like twins, so just wanting to know if anyone has experience?
