hi im a 23 yr old, pregnet with twins. i have just found out they r both breached. im 32wks and there is no room 4 them 2 spin back round. i have two young children already and am worried bout having a c/section. i've had quick labours with the first and no drugs and ive never had an opperation of any kind. would love advice

most doctors are prepared to do a c-section in most twin pregnancies so that would be a risk anyway, 2 of my sisters had it done a couple times and they healed quickly with a tenny tiny scar that never shows... i hope this helps--good luck with the babies!
