Sorry Kim, I don't know your answer. But, I hope someone does! Can someone please tell me the safest and quickest website to get Clomid from, without a prescription. Thanks!

This is an honest question for all you ladies who wish to find/use unperscribed clomid or any other fertility med. I am not trying to preach or start a new controversy. I would like to know why you would be willing to put yourself or any potential child at any sort of medical risk. By risk I mean, ovarian hyperstimulation, bed rest, preterm labour, premature baby/ies, a child in the NICU for any length of time, a lifetime of illmess with a premie or any other possible side effect.? I can understand if you cannot conceive naturally & cannot afford to see a fertility doctor that you may feel desperate. Yet why the risk? I cannot understand why you would consider it if you do concieve naturally & just want to have multiples. I hope some of you ladies could explain to me your reasons so that perhaps I could shed some of my judgements. Thank you.

Chrissy999- Funny this is the first time I've been on this site for a month or two. I'll try to find the reports I posted about.

Thanks Julie! I've searched high and low online to find anything and come up with nothing! Does anyone know if insurance companies will cover children born from fertility drugs if they are multiples??

MelissaSLP - March 10

Are you talking about if insurance will cover multiples when fertility drugs are used for medical reasons (i.e. prescribed) or unprescribed? We took prescribed fertility meds. and have not had any insurance issues having our kiddos covered.

chrissy999 - March 14

Melissa - I would be interested to know both. I'm not sure yet if my doc is going to prescribe clomid, but I want to be sure either way that both the pregnancy and the children (if they are multiples) are covered.

Cammie: I have ordered from this website. Their prices are very reasonable, and delivery is quick. I hope this helps: http://www.mexmeds4you.com/home.asp Minnie

I am 27, i have two beautiful kids, a boy and a girl .. i am very fortile thank god ... my son was conceieved from the first try and my daughter was concieved when we were "less careful" so i know i will be able to concive on the first try ... but .. i am hoping for twins :) .. do you think if i use clomid i will be able to acheive that from the first cycle? or should i use it for one cycle and not concieve till i use it for the second cycle? this also makes it riskier for me to develop side effects ... but does clomid work from the first cycle or should you use it for more? even if you are firtile? ...

tearsofjoy1978 - April 18

what would happen if you take it for six or seven days instead of five??

yetanothertripletmom - April 19

tearsofjoy - Those are all questions you should be asking a doctor. Taking clomid irresponsibly can lead to dangerous consequences for you or your potential baby(ies).

From what I have read, there is a less chance of conceiving at all with clomid if it isn't needed and also it can give you such problems that you may end up with a fertility problem. I also know a couple of women on another board who lost an ovary because one had one burst and the other had a huge cyst and destroyed her ovary. Both were actually getting their u/s from their doctors and were monitored closely. Shows you this drug isn't as "harmless" as some want you to believe. If it were, it would be over the counter accessible which even that can be dangerous if you just start taking your own dosage and not follow the directions on the box.

Hello Everyone, It is so wonderful to read all the posts that everyone has posted on this Forum. My DH and I are researching the twins thing at the moment and I am so glad to have come across this Forum. I have a few things that are said to increase the chances of conceiving twins. These are Folate (Folic Acid) Tablets, Calcium tablets as well as an increased diet in Dairy products and also eating Yams (or Sweet Potatoes). I also have a friends who had Chinese Herbal Medicine given to her to increase her chances and she was successful (boy & girl). I was really hoping of finding another alternative rather than using clomid because as far as I am aware I am O normally. I am wondering how Kim is going has anyone hear anything from her? She should have had her twins by now (fingers crossed all are well). Congratulations to all who are currently pregnant! Baby dust to all! :-)

hi I am 36 I had tubal reversal surgery at 30 and immediately got pregnant but had an undiagnosed ectopic and lost one tube and almost my life. I went on to concieve a darling little girl a year and a half later then a boy 14 mo later. I want to conceive one last time as I am getting up there in age but don't want to wait a year and a half or longer to do it I also like the idea of twins. I only have one 4cm tube and it apparently has a hard time catching eggs (but god love the little thing for working at all,, a normal tube is 12cm long!)) I purchased clomid off the internet from freedom pharmacy and it looks very leg. and safe It took 9 days to get here. I am waiting for my period and then think I will go for days 3-7 but am torn over what dosage to take I do ovulate but irregularly because I still nurse my son. ( have read it is safe to take while nursing)

Clomid causes hyperstimulation sometimes which can be VERY life threatening. Since you have already been thru a horrible experience and already lost 1 tube, I would caution you to NOT take the unprescribed clomid because you are playing with fire. THANK THE HIGHER POWERS THAT BE that you survived the ectopic, and CAN HAVE BABIES ON YOUR OWN!!!! A LUXURY THAT SOME OF US ONLY HAVE DREAMED OF.

rom - September 2

I spent over 7000.00 to a have surgery so God willing I could conceive again with my husband (was sterilized young because of bad marriage) also spent money on out pt. surgery to shoot die thru my tube and on emergency surgery to save my life and remaining tube. Yes I conceived twice but it took us way over a year both times. The months of hoping and of checking can be heart wrenching I don't want to do that again and I am older my chances of conceiving drop I am educated and the meds. I ordered are the real deal and sealed straight from the factory also I have a good friend who had to take clomid with all 3 of her preg. due to irregular ovulation and her doc. started her out on 100mg because he said for her 50 wouldn't work he never monitored her with u/s etc. Just on what she was taking how much and how long. He said come see me when your pregnant! Hyperstimulation is rare with Clomid as are multiple pregnancies only 5-10% (and has a lot to do with how much you take) you really shouldn't freak everyone out Do you regret having your triplets? I personally don't want triplets because my goal is for a healthy baby(ies) carried to term and triplets are very high risk but I do deserve to have more children if I can I have earned it! The reason I am not going thru my doc. is for insurance reasons and other personal reasons I know I will be fine thanks for your concern.
