Hi,
I'm looking for some advice and information regarding clomid.
My doctor is starting me on clomid next month and I thought it best to find out as much as I can.
My partner and I have been trying to concieve for the last 5 years with no joy. Have gone for all the test possible and my doctor's inform it all looks normal and they dont see why i'm not getting my period. The longest I have gone is a year with out the monthly gift.
I want nothing more then to be a Mum and it's so hard to keep my spirits up. Expecially when my family keep expanding each year. It's hard not to be green with envy.
What i'm wondering is basically how clomid works?
I understand it helps you ovulate and you take the pills when you menstrate but what i'm thinking is how will I take clomid if I hardly ever get my period. (Am I right in thinking that I'll never be able to start the course if im always waiting for my period to show up)
I have had 2 periods in the last 33 months :(
I just want to know if anyone has had same problem.
Don't want to get my hopes up and have them dashed all over again
