Schar - I don't understand what you mean. I am on cd 3 today I am taking 2 2.5mg cd 3-7. I go in for an ultrasound on cd11 which is next tuesday. Fatz - hey girl how are you doing. I missed you!!!!! I have an ultrasound on next wednesday to see how i'm doing. And my dh and I have decided that my job has gotten to the point of too much stress on my mind and body and that i'm just going to do school and do a 2-day a week job. We are hoping that the stess won't affect this cycle but you never know. sticky dust and baby dust to you all

My doc told me to take the femara on cd 2 and 3 then clomid 4-8 or 5-9 I decided not to cause the higher dose of Femara gives me a bad headache for like a month I know it says some only get it while taking it but I got it for a month well I took Femara on my own 2.5mg on cd 1 then I started clomid today for cd 2-6 and will take meara cd 7 also I am just trying this doc thinks I am taking it the other way but no I don't want the high dose I can't have a bad migraine with my little one to take care of. Anyway I think having the low dose of femara in my system for 2 days and clomid for 5 days may do some good with getting multiple eggs we will see.

Esmerald I wasn't saying clomid was unsafe I am on it. I am saying that u/p clomid is unsafe cause who knows what you are really getting or what dose is really in the pills it is not being monitored as far as the company who makes it and even though it was safe for one person from one company that doesn't mean that everyone else will be as lucky. The main thing I am saying is unsafe is not being monitored I could have lost my ovary cause I let wanting a baby blind my rational thinking of my own physical well being. I am not against those who take u/p clomid I did it myself I am just suggesting to be monitored so no one has to go through what I went through or worse and losing an ovary and maybe both you could end up never being able to have a biological child. I hope everyone here has healthy babies I would just feel bad if something happend to anyone cause they though one person bought the u/p clomid and did fine that they should be fine. That is not the case it was just a simple warning. However it is easy to get clomid from your doc and at least if you can't afford the monitoring the doc will still know your on it and you can call someone if you need help if your ovary is twisting and mine did it can cut off the blood supply and you'll lose your ovary in emergency surgery(this can happen with any clomid product or u/p clomid). Sorry this was so long girls just trying to defend the fact that I am not attacking anyone just want everyone to have healthy pregnancies BABYDUST TO U ALL!

Well it is Wednesday now and I can't sleep for some reason. I am on CD 18 and still no +opk. I am thinking that maybe I just missed O, (like maybe I Od before CD 10 when I started OPK?) and am staying optimistic that I could be on my way to being preggo. The doc at my work said that if I did O and missed it then I could get an HCG test done on CD 23 to see if I am preggo. We are still going to BD just in case I haven't Od and do soon. If my HCG is positive next week the doc said he would order another HCG for 2-3 days later to make sure my numbers are doubling. With my last pregnancy (m/c) in October my HCG was at like 50 and just 3 days later it was at a 4 ;( I hope I don't have to do clomid much longer, if anything I could handle another 2 months, but any more than that idk, it is very tough taking clomid. ~Hope keep us updated! ~Linda how are you, haven't seen you on here for a few days. ~Ashley how many weeks are you now? Sam check your bbt if it is lower under 97.8 for me under 98 then you probably haven't O I have heard from many people clomid actually pushed there O forward to cd 21 I would wait till then good luck I hope your pregnant if not yet you will be soon!

Sam - I am 8w3d and am suprisingly feeling pretty good - kind of has me worried...... schar - I agree with you about the u/p clomid - I have never done it but I dont think I have enough guts to try to. I would be too worried that I was getting something else, but thats just me. I am also no attacking anyone who does do it I am just saying I am too big of a wuss to try it :)

CD 37, no af no bfp, well i havent tested for bfp, but i dont want to coz i dont feel prego... so i am thinking i wont be posting any more untill i have some news, like if i get my AF or something, i will be coming to read ur posts but dont know what to write about me anymore. theres nothing happening LOL. takecare ladies. love hope

Sam~ I'm here, mainly reading in the past couple of days and staying positive for each of you ladies here. I hope your test shows BFP!! *hugs* Hope~ I know it gets frustrating my friend, not knowing the what,when,where or hows of everything. I'm hoping that when you test, it shows your lovely DARK lines of BFP :) I'll be watching for your post, but I understand just reading for a bit instead of posting daily *hugs* Ashley~ We are 1 week apart :) According to LMP I'm 7 weeks and 3 days. According to O though, I'm 7 weeks. Too funny, but I'll stick with 7 weeks and 3 days, as I'll have a scheduled c-section anyway, so I'll deliver about 12 days before my EDD of 12/06/09 anyway. I'm glad to know you are feeling pretty good. I have to say, with both of my twin pregnancies I never really had any symptoms either, so don't fret....you are normal my friend...yes, even with twins :) I hope everyone else has a wonderful pregnancy and baby dust to all that are TTC!!!

schar, you got me wrong. i did not attack you, nor any of the ladies on here. my doc knew about the fact that i was taking clomid, only difference is i got the generic, because it is much cheaper in ireland. i even went to a pharmacist, and ask if she could check the brand that i took, and it was completely legal. the only difference is that my doc and many doc's over here don't monitor women when they are on clomid. i have a friend who is on clomid for 1 year now, and she never even got an ultrasound. she never had any complications too. the only difference is that she pays about 300 euro for 1 month supply here, while i get 30 pills (6 months supply) for 30 usd. however, as i said in my previous post is that it is never recommended to take any meds unprescriped. i was even doubting the first time if i would. and i did, and it had good effects on me fortunately. also the difference here is that i asked my doctor 2 years ago that i had trouble becomming pg, and they did not do anything. so i took faith in my own hands. and finally it worked for me. i did tell my doc the first month that i bought clomid u/p. and he was fine with it, and wrote it in my notes. but doc's (family doc's) usually don't prescribe fertility treatment here, you have to see a consultant. i am still waiting to see one. for 2 years. now finally i am pg, so don't need it anymore. thank god. so ofcourse i understand what you said, and i also supported it. only not everyone gets side-effects. but some people do. and if it is prescribed by a doctor and they monitor, that's better, so you can get treatment for your problem. sorry for the long post, but i had to let this out of me. sorry if you was offended.

Ladies - I would like to weight in on this. We are all adults here and we all have the same goal. To have a baby or babies! If ladies want to take u/p clomid (for what ever reason) we should just support their decision and hope that they have done their research. I will soon be taking rx clomid and there was a time that I didnt think that my OB was going to give it to so I bought u/p clomid. I fully planed on taking it with or without my doc's help. I have done all the research, i know what dosage I want to take, and I am confident in my decision. This has been a great forum, with wonderful supportive women. Lets keep it that way! So Ready I am not saying anything negative about those who take u/p clomid I just want to say the companies that you are getting it from can give you a different drug and say it is clomid cause they can I was just warning that I did it and have hospital bills to prove so they can do as they chose I just was giving my experience Babydust ladies I am praying something good happens soon I am cd 3 and having clomid hot flashes lol these babies are woth it though!

Welcome new ladies... Congratulations to the pregnant women on here. Good luck for the rest of the ladies still trying. I'm doing wonderfulling. Baby growing nicely. I know cause I went into the emergency room Saturday, cause I was bleeding a little & of course I started to panic,but everything is fine. I get my official u/s in May... Sorry have to cut it short. Have to go to hospital for another HCG test just to make sure my hormone levels are increasing.

Hi I'm so happy this time around. I'm really optimistic. I have a really good feeling about it. I wish all my clomid pals good luck wherever you are on your clomid journey. I finish taking my 100mg clomid days 2-6 on Saturday. And I'm ready to get this done and over with already! We're ready for our baby. So wish me luck girls !

I am right with you Mari I am cd 4 so 2 more days of clomid 100mg and i'm done for the month. Only side effect is badddddddddd head ache. I would take it at night but on the first day I had to take it during the day cause I work nights. I have a really good feeling about this month. My chinese horoscope I am a Tiger says something new with family is going to happen in May I do not know if it may mean I get pg in May from this cycle cause O is in May 1-3rd or get pg from the May cycle. Anyway it was just right on about everthing. I don't think it is a definite predictor but it's nice to see something out theres on my side. you girls should look yours up see what it says about your chinese scope see if it has any correlation for already being pg or getting pg. It's just for fun but why not?
