Hi ladies,i am 23, and i started my 50mg clomid yesterday cd5, my doc wants me to check in with her every month, this is my first time on clomid, nervous and excited! any one here around 23-25? baby dust to all! :-)

jessi that is great news! hoping that this will be your cycle! as for me around cd 17, i really think i am fertile since yesterday, i did have a slight temp jump this morning, but my temps are still quite all over the place, so stil thinking i might still o. i did bd on monday, and last night, have ewcm since yesterday, still today, so wil still ask dh if we can still bd tonight, he is tired, but i really want this, i can't rely on the opk's anymore, still bfn again today, so i will have to do it on my own instinct! hope, i am 24, mother of 3, so you are not alone! will be 25 in september. good luck with the clomid! i really hope this is my month, take care ladies.

hi ladies, well i think i must have o'd because i no longer have ewcm i don't know if it is a good thing, because dh and i didn't bd last night, he wasn't feeling well, still now, so let's hope the one of wednesday was enough! i really hope i did o, i think i did, i had o pain again, i had o pain on wednesday too, so maybe i did twice??!! according to fertility friend i o'd on cd 12, which is very unusual for me, i never o so early, but because of thermal shift, but another thing, i temp this morning and it was only 36.0, yesterday it was 36.5, so if i did o, and my temp dropped so dramatically, is it still possible? another question, can the type of pyjama you wear change the temperature also? because i only worn a nighty last night, but worn satin pyjama's the day before, can that have any influence on your temperature? sorry that i ask so many questions, but really need to know where to stand! happy friday ladies! jessy, give us an update how today's appointment went! hoping, i hope that the clomid works for you straight away! krissie, how are you, how far in the 2 ww are you now, ready to test? take care, esme

Well i am soooooooooooo excited, i went to the dr's. today and my follicle is 19.5cm YEEEEEEE. so they told me trigger to night and bd 2night and sunday morning, and they said just to be safe every other day after that. Then i have to start the promitrium pills ( which are v____ally) to help prevent a misscarriage, and its also nutrients for the baby. I go bacl till march 9 for a pregnancy test. .I AM SO EXCITED, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR I LONG LONG TIME. I really deserve this. FINGERS CROSSED. i will keep u posted. I also asked the dr y i have been feeling so tired and y my rite ovary is hurting and they said because of my hormones and cause my follicle is getting really big and its ready to come out LOL. oh jessy that is great news, here is to us!!! keeping fingers crossed, that this will by our cycle! good luck bding! for me it is over, i hope, becuz dh is still not well, anyway, we keep having wild dreams of twins, i pray this month will be my month, 20 months of trying, really desperate for a babs, my daughter wants a sister, to play with, ( and she's the only girl, i have 2 boys too) anyway, i told my husband last night to be serious, because i can't get pg on my own! sometimes it is hard, to bd like this, because it tires my dh and me too, but i pray that i have o'd, i think i did, but just unsure, because of the opk's. happy weekend ladies

I told him if i do get pg he is going to have to get me a laptop so i can still check in on the forum. lol schar- thanks for the words too i was so caught up i didn't realize what the dad could be that would be exciting because dh and my birthday are both in Dec. His is 30th and mine is the 3rd. How is the baby doing? I did need time to calm down and process everything. I think i will seat down and talk with re about doing the IUI first once we are done with the okays from the other docs. I managed to track down my records and get them to the cardio dr. and i see him on tuesday and i take a blood test on thursday from the re to see if i am already pregant. I told him i started today so i doubt it but he wants to make sure and then start me on provera for 4 weeks while we figure everything out with cardio dr. and the high-risk dr. and that way he said i would be ready for the next step in the process. I'm getting excited, still worried, but i'm doing better at just seeing it happen and being okay. I will keep you guys updated on everything. Goodmorning, I am so happy and excited, i did the trigger shot last night, BD of course, and i took a ovulation test and guess what...... i got a postive result. I have the digital clearblue test which gives u a happy face if u r going to ovulate in the next 24-36 hrs. AND i got a happy face YEEEEE!!!!!! i did one last night before the shot and just got a blank circle booo. But today was a good result. so i should be ovulating anytime tomorrow. I am so excited. SOon we will have our baby. FINGERS CROSSED. i will keep yall posted. BABYDUSTXOXOXOX

well I am doing great! my baby came hom yesterday on a few meds an apnea monitor and oxygen thak God I'm a RRT so I got it covered I took my last Femara today and should O in the next 5-9 days if I do not concieve this cycle I will wait a few before buying femara again no side effects just a bit of a cramp on the left but I am on cd 8 I did femara cd 3-7good luck al and may god bless you with 09 babies! good luck Krissy can you try femara from the doc? I suggest skipping the soy isoflaves.

Hello All, I am new to this forum however in need of some support. I have been ttc for 8 years. I began seeing my RE in 2004. HSG discovered both tubes blocked. Lap opened right tube left tube is still blocked. After 41/2 years of ttc naturally still no baby. Began seeing Re again in 10/2008 another painful HSG proved condition to be the same. Still one open tube. Unfortunately now I am divorced and single yet still trying to conceive. RE suggested IUI, clomid, (50 mg) with donor sperm. Any advise or similiar situations. I am so fustrated and confused!!! My dream is to hold my baby in my arms however I am unsure about this whole situation. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. :(!!!

Babydust to you Jessi01!!!! And Schar what is Femara. I have never heard of this drug. Does it have the same effect as the clomid???

Welcome June! Femara is like clomid has better success rates and less side effects I have had none. With clomid 50mg first month I got a big 6cm cyst and could have lost my ovary. Femara has a smaller chance of birth defects the only birth defects is if you take it while pregnant so you just have to make sure your not pregnant before taking it. Igf you want to have a baby on your own and can afford it I say go for it whatever makes you happy you can always find a man late and have a baby now good luck!

This is really exciting, i did the easy blue fertility monitor test this morning, and thre is two bars, which means high fertility, Not peak yet, but still a good sign, i guess clomid is working, I am hoping this is the lucky month for all of us! baby dust to all.!
