Its perfectly safe. When you are so early in your pregnancy its the only way to clearly see whats going on. If she tried to do one on your tummy you wouldnt see anything. I had 2 or 3 done until about 8 or 9 weeks I think.

ok. thanks ashley. i dont know what i would have done without you guys's support. i have 15 more minutes till the appt, i just went again to check the spotting and lesser now...

Hope~~ Ashley is right, the v____al u/s is normal at this stage and will be fine. I have to warn you though, just in case the tech or doc does not warn you.... Spotting and or bleeding can be normal after a transv____al ultrasound. Don't freak if this happens. Personally, I think the possiblity of you carrying multiples is high. Not only for the clomid, but your numbers seem high, and now you are having some spotting/discharge of brown blood. This is typical for a multiples pregnancy...just ask Ashley ;) I can't wait to hear about your u/s and to know that your doc can rea__sure you that all is wonderful for you and baby(ies)!!! Esme~~ Thank you darlin'. *hugs* I love having a large family, though I did not like having secondary infertility numerous times and the years it took between having some of them. I am very proud to have my family...no matter how long it has taken to get them or how we've had to achieve their conception ;) I believe this will be our last child(first for DH and I biologically though). I am not sure what we will do. DH has mentioned he will have a vasectomy though, so we'll see. He just wants me to be ok health-wise,KWIM? I'm blessed to have all of you here! I know with my last daughter the 4 year old I bled with her the first trimester and everything was A-okay I think everything is okay with your baby. I will be praying for you. Here is my little updated I am on cd28/15dpo and my temp went down from yesterday 98.39 to 98.13 but I am still above my coverline I am not really trusting this temp because I only got 2 hours of sleep my nose was really stop up and I could hardly breathe. According to fertility friend i should start AF today so far nothing and I am only having mild cramping. Also this morning my cm was real dry and when I tried to bd it hurt really bad because I was so dry then I went to the rest room not too long ago and it was white/clear slimy snot looking what to make of this. I will test in the morning if my temp go up some and I will report ASAP. I also never went longer then 17 lp I normally start after 14dpo. I will let you all know. Krissy68

thank u guys for ur prayers n kindwords of encouragment. it means alo to me. ultrasound looked great per the tech n GYN, they saw a sac n no heart beat yet, its too early, pregnancy is in the uterus so thats good to know. my husband saw the ultrasound i didint get a peak i was too scared, lol. so theres one sac, so that means 1 baby right? next wk wed i hav appt with RE hopefully we can hear heart beat then, o n gyn also sent me in for another hcg test and also something called a prenatal package test, where tey test of anemia, hcglevel, blood type and all other stuff, so i should hear about that tomorrow. i also cancelled my new pt appt for aug 21st as i was able to get in sooner with someone my gyn had reffered me too, she also said she will follow me through my first trimester... keep me in ur prayers, i am praying for you ladies too... its such a delicate time n im so glad i have u all. love hope

Trying - I guess we will be cycle buddies. I am on cd 2. YAY I love having buddies. What is your plan for this cycle. Mine is 100mg cd3-7 and maybe on cd8-9 too depending on the s/e. This will be my first round on clomid.

Past two cycles, I obsessed over every little thing, did the opk's twice a day, calculated cds, etc, but this month I am trying to remain somwhat oblivious to it all. So let's see what happens in the end.

SOReady~~ This month I am going to be on clomid 5-9 100 mg and then go from there. I go back to the doctor in August so we will see from there. They never called back so i have no clue whats up with that. I am also going to get back to workout again this month to try and lose some more weight while I still can. Why are you going to take clomid on days 8-9 with the normal 5 days never heard of that.

hey all!! I hope that all those who are in the 2ww will bring great news at the end of the 2ww. AFM, I'm on cd13 and right now I have pain in my left ovary with lower back pain and I think I'm O'ing.But the thing is my BF and I bd on cd 10 and I have a feeling that we missed this oportunity. We couldn't bd more often becuz he had to have at least 3 days of abstinance becaus of that spermogram. So my question is can i still get pregnant even do we bd on cd10 and O on cd13?

Hi All! Hope, thank god everything was okay! you had us all on pins and needles waiting to hear. Since this is my first round of clomid I have no idea what to expect. I decieded not buy a whole bunch of opk and just bd every other day. Today is cd 11 and I am having a dull ache on my right side. the pain radiates to my thighs. I am a__suming it is my ovary? I was wondering if any of you gals had this issue. I really hope I do ovulate but is cd 11 a little early? what do you all think? Thanks!

Shashana, everything i read says sperm can live up to 5 days and on average 2-3. I think it is possible if you are oing right now. Hope that helps a little.

wewant3: I felt these pain to its your ovary working producing egg(s). 4 the 3 1st month taking clomid I O'd on cd11 so cd11 is not early and since on cd9 or 10 i start feeling these pain. So you dnt have anythig to worry about. Do you have any u/s to be done on cd12 to see how many matur follies you have ?
