Hi ladies, God its been so long since I last posted that I don't know anyone on here anymore. Where are all the old timers? How are all of you? I've been on one heck of fertiliy rollercoaster and nightmare since I was last here. From December to early Feb I went almost two months with no period. I took 5 hpts and they were all NEG. So I went to the gyno and they did a urine test and it was NEG. She then prescribed something to bring on my period but did a blood test to make sure. She said she would call me with the results of the blood test and that I should start the meds as soon as I heard from her. I got a call the next day and was told I was pregnant. I was so excited and yet so confused with all the NEG tests. I didn't want to tell anyone since it was so early but my husband ended up breaking the news to our entire family. The very next morning I got a call from my gyno's office saying they had mixed up my bloodwork with another patient and I needed to come back in to do another test. They called me that afternoon to tell me I wasn't pregnant. It was devastating and I was livid. But there was nothing I could do. I took the meds and 10 days later had a period. I then did clomid again and had a normal cycle last month. This month I got back off the clomid and now I'm on day 32 and NEG hpt. I tested this morning hoping that b/c it's my b-day that I would get a POS. But that was silly to think anyway. It was NEG. I'm not sure if I O'd or not but up until Dec. and since I started Metformin I have had a 28-30day cycle whether I O'd or not. So I don't know what to think now...I'm so confused and feeling like it's never going to happen. Last month marked two years since I went off the pill and started trying to concieve. DH has been tested and has a high count and normal motility so it's not him. My next step is to seek out a fertility specialist but I can't afford it now since I was laid off from my job in December. It pains me to know that money might be what's standing in the way of me and a baby. But I have missed all of you and need to come back here and get some positive love again. Donna - Hey I'm new here. So sorry that there was confusion in their office! I'd be so infuriated at them! I really hope you get pregnant soon. I can understand the heartache of TTC all too well. I'm a new gal here. TTC #2. First one took me 2 1/2 years to conceive (and one miscarriage along the way). I've been off BC for over a year now but my periods are so messed up half the time I take provera to start them. I suffer from PCOS :( Ashley - That's awesome it happened after your first round!! I wish I could have it like that but with only 3 BD days this month and no clue when I'm ovulating it's kind of hard to think it would. Esmerald - That's great your first u/s is coming up soon! What dose of clomid were you on and what cycle days? Dee-dee- I've never heard of that happening but I've never done an iui so I don't know what it involves. I wish you a TON of luck on the 14th!!

KrysTTC- I also suffer from PCOS...which is why I take clomid. Welcome to the forum and thank you for the positive thoughts!

*Just want to mention to everyone - the best thing to do while TTC if you're a bit overweight is to try and lose some of it. I'm significantly overweight and the first time I tried conceiving I really feel like the 25% of my weight I lost helped me out. Even 5% of your weight loss will improve your chances. Getting healthy along the way is a great thing :) I wound up slacking off and have restarted shedding mine.

Hi ladies. Im cd 47, and no af. Im so so annoyed. Negative preg tests. Not sure wats up. I called my fs, he thinks i should try provera. Im thinkin, mayb i should visit him this week, so i can have a papsmear done before i start my next ivf attempt. Donnam great 2hear from u. Sorry about ur rollercoaster ride. All my friends are pregnant, im the only one now. I feel terrible for myself. Hope we all get BFPs soon. Hoping wher are u? Dee dee great u also back, and schar. To all the newbies welcome. Fatz~ ALL of my friends are preggo too, well except for one of them who just gave birth! Everywhere I look, I see pregnant bellies! AHHH! Its just a reminder to me that I am not preggo yet! When is it gonna be my time? I am CD 9 today and hopefully will be starting to be fertile on the 13th Wednesday. I can do an early test by the 26th if I ovulate near cd 14, 16 days left, and counting! How are all the cycle buddies? And S/E, as for me not really. I did have insomnia the week of AF while on 150 mg of clomid, and a little bit of dizziness, but now just tired as usual. Can't wait for the days to go quickly by, but at the moment they are not going fast enough! Samantha

Hello Everyone, I am new to this and not 100% sure how to do all of this so please forgive me if I do something wrong. I am currently waiting to find out if my husband and I are pregnant. I took my first round of Clomid after finding out that I have PCOS. We have a 2 year old daughter and ofter trying for a year and a half, we are feeling a little hopless. Hi everyone...today is cd 34 and I'm just as confused as ever. I feel bloated and tired like AF is coming but it just never does. I've decided to wait a week to retest just so I don't drive myself crazy. I'm nauseous but that's pretty normal for me as well around the time of AF.If AF is coming then I just want it to get here. I'm going to try to take vitamin C which I heard can help bring it on. Schar- Hi...How are you? Update me. Fatz-I know the feeling...my psuedo-sis (cousin that I was raised with) is pregnant and here is the kicker she had an IUD. This is her third and here she was trying to prevent it and turns up preggo. Since she had it checked regularly her dr. said the chances were 1 in 1000 and yet it happened. She didn't even want to tell me b/c she knew it would cause me pain but I am happy for her. Hi doosmommy- I hope you get a BFP!

CD11 today, no SE, just sleepy. did have a tiny bit of cramping in right ovary, Fertility monitor is saying HIGH fertility already LOL! i havent bought the regular testers yet, will do it tonight. waiting for PEAK fertility, did bd last nite just in case. OK, I need some help. I am not sure if I am just grasping at hairs, but you ladies seem to know a lot more than I do. I am 3 days past CD and I am not feeling the normal syptoms for AF. I am a little tired and I have noticed mood swings (crying over a song on tv)I have not had cramps, which are a given for me. Do I start to get a glimmer of hope or is it way to early?

Ok my quick update I am cd 22 no O!! Ofcourse not so I am trying to get a different hcg shot the pharmacy is gonna call my doc and maybe get it by Wed so we will see my opk's are darker but not enough. My bbt is higher I think it is just the clomid cause my cp is SHOW so I don't think O has happend. DoosMommy--- you would be cd 3 meaning cycle day 3 If you have started bleeding it is unlikely but you still have a bit of a possibility test if your unsure and welcome! Esme GOOD LUCK!! Hope your so lucky it's working I had cramping not bad on and off 12 days now! Donna How are you? I would wait a week too if your bbt is over 98 otherwise I would take the provera and get things rolling! SunSam I am with you I have the insomnia this week starting cd 18 though and higher bbt and was soooo dizzy yesterday I got sick I am not pg just the clomid I think I may need 100mg Clomid next month. Fatz- I would go for the provera and I am praying you get some good bfp news soon!!! I got pregnant 3x in 6 months last year and I am finding it hard that it has been 5 months and not one pregnancy and 3 months no O so I kow it will be a much harder road for me this time and I'm glad u girls are here!

Was wondering - how many of you gals use Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor?? Was wondering if it's a good idea to invest in one. Considering the costs of getting OPK monthly was thinking it might be something worth while for me but wanted others opinions. I got the book "Taking charge of you fertility". Had a CD with a free 15 day trial so I've been checking that out. It suggests doing more than OPK testing - like cervix change, cervical fluids, etc etc. Figured it never hurts to read and most likely learn more about my body :) I really wish everyone the best this month! Think positive gals :)

clearblue monitor is bad for people with pcos I had 20 days of peak fertility better to use the opk's and cheaper. I THINK IWILL O SOON YAY!!!!!!!!!!! EWCM again lol I can't believe something so funny makes me happy I am sure this time it will happen!!!

I have also read that clearblue is bad for women using clomid - I just read this online, I dont have any experience with it. So it could be true or not...... Esme - Good luck at your scan today! Welcome to all the newbies!! Baby dust to all!! :)
