Twins run in our family, i am also a mother of a boy and girl so i have been threw two pregnancies. With this pregnancy i feel completely different extremely tired, hungry all the time and cant stop being sick. Do you think these could be signs of twins since my last pregnancies were mild compared to this one.

There is no way of knowing or even guessing until your u/s. There are no real twin symptoms since everyone is different. My singleton was the one that really threw me for a loop. I couldn't get over how tired, sick and huge I got. With my twins, I was still sick but had no clueit was twins and was shocked when my OB found them at my first appointment at 12 weeks. If twins run in your family, it does raise your chances a little but right now it is a guessing game. Keep us posted!

My experience has been. That with my singleton I had a dream pregnancy, no sickness, tiredness or anything else, I had a boy. This time around before I got the BFP I was sick all the time and tired. Once I got the BFP I was convinced I was having a girl, lol. When I saw the dr. for my first appointment I had the U/S and she said "good thing your laying down because your having twins".... I still don't know it could be girls but the dr. said the extreme symptoms was a sign of twins. I'm 14w 4d and still sick alot. My husband is a twin but I have no twins in my family. You never know... Good luck and keep us posted.

thanks ladies for your comments. I go to the doctor in two weeks and will keep you updated. Me and my husband have talked and if it twins or a singleton we are happy either way. Now i have to get a new car my SUV is tiny and cant hold another car seat.

I understand my car or our pick up are not ready for twins, lol, two more carseats, our son is 8 and we got rid of the booster only a year or so ago and now we start all over x 2
