How Much Rest With A Twin Pregnancy

I am In my third pregnancy. My second was a twin, but we lost a twin at 16 weeks. I always wonder if I was too stressed or not resting. How much extra rest and relaxation do you need for a twin pregnancy?

I don't think taking less rest had anything to do with you losing one of the twins. It is quite common for one of the twins to be lost early in pregnancy. it's nature's way of taking care care of any anomalies that probably existed in that twin. It's called VTS (Vanishing Twin Syndrome)But you do need to rest whenever you feel tired. It's your body's way to tell you that you need rest. You should sit 10 min for every hour of standing. Intermittent rest is necessary for you. I hope this is useful.
