Travel While Pregnant With Twins

I got one more question... I forgot to tell my doc that I have a trip planned from hawaii to cali next month. Of course I will run it by him, but im just wondering if any of you travelled in the first trimester. I will be about 11 weeks pregnant with twins when we go. Im more worried about handling my one year old son on the plane than having major nasuea. Isnt it just the 3rd trimester that travel is dangerous?

I flew at 11wks & 13wks preg with twins without any trouble. I also flew across Canada at 23wks. It all depends on how your pregnancy is going & how your doctor feels about it. However I firmly believe that you're problably a good enough judge yourself. You deserve the vaca...have fun!

I agree with Corona. My girlfriend flew at 10 weeks with twins. Good luck!
