Hi everyone... I posted in another board, but I really belong here LOL... I'm so sad,disappointed & up set at my self... Here's my story... I have 2 kids 11 years apart girls. Same man everything the same nothing change. The MD told me since I had both kids with c-sections I'm only able to 3 kids maxium, and I must tight my tubes after the 3rd kid. I didn't think about it to much, and after seeing my baby growing I decided I want another baby, but then the idea of twins got in my head. I bought unprescribe clomid 50mg & since someone on this board took 150mg & had triplets I got excited about the idea.... I bought clomid 50mg took 3 tablets (150mg) cycle 1-5 I bought the clearblue easy ovulation monitor & 3 boxes of clearblue easy test sticks. I also bought over 40 cheap ovulation test strips. I bought over 40 pregnancy test strips. I bought the preeseed. I'm taking prenatal & folic acid on a daily basic now these were prescribe since I did tell my OBGYN I wanted to get pregnant soon. I did everything. Had more s_x then ever. Tested every morning. Took the clomid. Stop smoking. Cut down on the coffee. I'm not pregnant. The pregnancy test says negative. I don't know what went wrong. My husband says maybe I'm pregnant, but it doesn't show up yet. He says wait till next month & see what happens or we can simply try again. I think he's just enjoying the s_x a little to much. I'm only having the s_x for the baby making. I love my husband very-very much, but I'm not an everyday s_x person, but since wanting a baby I been in the mood all the time or at least I do it for the fun of it. What's wrong with me? I'm going crazy or what? My plans weren't to have twins, but I do what twins, but at this moment I just want to be pregnant twin or not. Help!!!!!

MyLifeNotYours~~ I'm sorry you are going through so much. Hugs to you! What day post ovulation are you today? It could be that your HCG level is not high enough/are not enough DPO to get a positive pregnancy test. Also, with starting out at 150mg, you may not have O'd. You may either speak with your doctor and have him/her monitor you, and ask to see if they will test your blood to make sure you did O/are pregnant. I'm sorry this is so stressful for you. I do understand. However, I don't understand your doctor saying he is limiting you to 3 pregnancies just because of c-section. Especially after I've had 4 totally natural, had 1 emergency c-section, then 2 more scheduled c-sections after that, and am TTC right now. Also, I have friends in different parts of the world who have had 12 and 14...all c-sections!! So, maybe a second opinion is in order?? Unless you have an actual health/medical problem preventing you from more pregnancies, I'd say this is pretty odd of your doctor to force or push you into tying your tubes. That's such a personal decision, and should only be pushed a little if there's an actual medical reason. Good luck! KUP!

congrats to everyone who got there BFPs i hope you all have a very healthy and happy 9 months! good luck cd 7today will take my 3rd clomid pill 50mg tonight, if i get preg this cycle my baby will b due on xmas day! according to the clomid ovulation calculator online. we wont stress about it this month,"Hopefully". Thankyou Linda for responding. According to the clearble easy test strips I ovulated & I had intercourse before & after I saw the ovulation test. I use both the clear blue & another kind of ovulation test. Both were on the same track. I'm not unhealthly or have any health problems, but the hospital/doctor recommend c-section moms to tight there tubes after a 3rd child. They said it's not good to be cut over & over on the same scar & it's dangerous no matter the mother's health. It could lead to deaths ect.. I'm scare & I don't need a foot ball team. I should have my 3 kids if that's all I can have. My husband & I decided that it would be best for me to only have 3 kids & tight my tubes. I guess if I'm not pregnant this month. I should be pregnant next month. Lets see. Good luck to the preggo ladies, and baby dust to the rest of us.

Hi Ladies, I have been visiting this site for a while but this is my first time to post. I have a two year old son and I am hopeing to expand our little family. About a year ago I found out that I had thyroid cancer. Since then we have got it all under control and recently I was deemed cancer free. I am on a very high dosage of synthroid and I have heard that it can cause m/c. Has anyone ever heard of this before? Anyways, I have irregular cycles so starting on my next cycle my doctor is giving me clomid to take on days cd5-9 and then followed by a shot on cd 14. I would really like a set of twins but I have only heard of 1 person in these forums that successful conceived them. Do yall know of many people who have had twins on clomid, if so what dosage were they taking? Baby Dust To All

Hi I am new to the post. I have my Clomid from my doctor. Although I am going to take them different from what he ordered. He ordered 50 mg days 5-9 I am taking 100 days 2-7. I am on my second day of my AF but promised hubby we would not start trying until June so I will take it next AF. I am looking for some cycle buddies and support. I have some rough pregnancies in the past.1st prego had my daughter at 26 weeks (now 10), 2nd had preterm labor but able to stay prego until 37 weeks ( shes now 9), M/c in 2004, 2 mc in 2006, Bella Ann in 2007 ( now 16 months)

Mzwest - If you are not prego in July we can be buddies, because I think that we will be close. I am on cd 29 right now but I am thinking about taking provera to adjust my cycle when needed.

mzwest - how is your (not so little anymore) preemie? i had my twin girls at 23 weeks in 2003. one of my little ones was stillborn and my survivor is getting ready to turn 6 in may. she is prefectly normal and healthy (not to minimize all the terrible things she had to battle in the beginning). in regular kindergarten, skis, not even any gla__ses or anything! also have a daughter who is almost 9 and carried her to 39 wk 6 days, normal preg with her. congratulations on your family, and good luck with your next pregnancy!

LisaJanelle- She is doing good. She had on the scale of 0-4 head bleeds she had two 4s. They told me to turn off the vent because there was nothing there. I prayed on it and just couldnt do it. She has CP but you cant really tell looking at her. She walks with a very slight limp and has a hard time writing. She uses a lap top for all her work and does wonderful. In fact she is taking 6th grade cla__ses in the 4th grade. She is studing to be a Paleontologist right now.

april - How was you last dr appointment? I was wondering how many cycles of clomid you used and how babies did you end up with? I wish you a HH9M!

april28, Did you get pregnant with twins?

Hello, I stopped birth control pills on april and ttc on may. Nothing happened, so this month we will try again but I got clomid online. I didn't go to the doctor because my husband believes we don't have any problem and I want to get preg soon. This week i hope to ovulate and let you know if it went through.
