actually that isn't necessarily true. Id twinning happens more in IVF procedures than in spontaneous id twinning. For whatever reason the egg seems to want to split during this procedure. My girls were part of a MZ twinning study and this is what they found:
"Since the introduction of a__sisted reproductive technology (ART) twenty-five years ago, the incidence of dizygotic (DZ) twinning has greatly increased1. With the common practice of transferring embryos at the 5-day blastocyst stage, instead of the third day, the rate of monozygotic (MZ) twinning in IVF procedures in particular has also increased (up to 4.9%), for reasons yet to be explained 2-9. This is in contrast to the natural MZ twinning rate of 0.4%. "

I need to know if anyone tested neagtive the day the bleeding started to find out later that you were pg??? Please someone let me know. I totally thought I was pg and when I tested when i started bleeding it was BFN so I just figured I wasn't but now I am kind of wondering b/c some distinct features have changed. So i am a little worried b/c I started my clomid again yesterday but I didn't test again.

What kind of bleeding did you have? How long ago? How long after you started bleeding did you test?

I had spotting for 2 days very light and then very bright red bleeding for 2 days not really heavy just kind of weird on and off and then back to spotting for a day and that was it. But my normal period usually has like old blood sorry if TMI. Then I tested the last day of spotting. I tested after I had went to the bathroom 30 min before I tested. So I am not sure how accurate it is. Plus my nipples have gotten very dark and full kind of hard and I already have DD's so they are not hard usually. Plus my appet_te has changed drastically over the last couple days.
