I see that a lot of you are talking about unprescribed Clomid. What if any is the difference of unprescribed Clomid and getting Clomid from your Dr. I am going Fri. To talk to my Dr. about getting Clomid. I don't know much about it. I have had 4 misscarriages and want to try to have twins. Please any ideas.

The difference is that people get the clomid illegally without a doc's prescription. It's not over the counter, just being taken without being prescribed.

Thanks for the response. Is clomid pretty safe if given by a doctor. I have no problem ovulating So i am not sure if my Dr. Will give it to me. I have had 4 misscarriages in a row after my 2 daughters. I would love to increase my chance of having twins and hoping that they wouold both make it if not at least one. Any ideas??

I'm sorry about your miscarriages...did your doctor do any tests to see whay they were occuring? If you don't have any problems with ovulating, more than likely, your doctor won't prescribe them to you, and taking them unprescribed will cause irreversible damage, so please talk to your doctor.

do whatever you have to! yes in some cases clomid WILL increase your chances of having twins. a dr. is not the almighty god to all fertility. you know your body better then anyone else and if you are willing to take the good with the bad DO NOT let anyone discourage you.
