Teddyfinch: There is no "twisting" of words, and law is some thing I'm a__sociated with sense my husband has a Jurer's Doctor's degree. Ifeel no ill-will to celebrities, I only commented that they are able to get fertility treatment for convience which spikes prices for the common folk... I know of quite a few Actors that concieved with a__sistance and are awsome parents... As for you, I do not a__sume you are uneducated, or less educated, but I do know I am well educated in this relm considering it is my major.... Started doing med school when I found out I wasn't getting PG, and wanted to aid others trying.... I'm sorry you feel the way you do about me, and everyone is will conclude what you mean in your posts for them selves, but I'm just advising them that if they feel an individual is being highly negative to those of us on here, then to use the "poor taste" b___ton... Now let's stop wasting valuable space on the forum with our petty dipute and move on..... LADIES: How are all of your stats... I'm currently on CD11 and fertile day 1 of 4.... I got my donation, and plan on continuing untill after ovulation where I will then do the progestrone cream, and continue the baby asprin to help the lining and to make things stick... Good luck and baby dust too all..... Especially Teddyfinch... You will be in my prayers that you will have peace in heart and mind, and hopefully be blessed when the time is right.....

irish: thank you for the babydust. lord knows i need it! i will say, though, that you saying that i was wishing anyone to not be able to conceive is twisting my words considering i never said that. i also don't engage in verbal battles with 'one-uppers' so i'm done arguing with you. and even though i'm contradicting some of my other posts, i will say that if you want to keep these forums neat and tidy, then please visit the appropriate forums in the TTC sections. this is for pregnant ladies with multiples. now, if we are done battling on this post, then i believe shebastacey would like to have her post back to let us know how things are going with her. baby dust to everyone, including irish. no one should have to go through heartache when trying for happiness.

irishsweetie2003 - October 29

No need to battle.... and I am a parent who has kids and am taking clomid from the internet, unperscribed... So I guess that makes me a great conidate for this post.LOL Any how, I do with you luck Teddyfinch... I'm sure that you will find a way to become a mom some day... As for shebastacey, I do believe we are waiting for her to post an update on how her second round is going... How is every one else doing? I don't know about every one else, but that whole theory that clomid dries you out.... Well, let's just say I don't have that problem, but it could be because I take mucinex 2x a day.... I also use pree seed to help his swimmers get an extra protective layer so my body doesn't kill them off so quickly. My DH loves the stuff.... I use it even when we aren't trying to concieve because it's so nice, unlike those sticky sperm-unfriendly lubes... Again, go on ebay/Amazon and check out ov watches. temping is for the birds... Especially if you're on clomid because it gives you an artificial spike, that and the LH tests will give you artificial LH spike readings for quite some time after taking clomid. The ov watch takes readings every 30min through the sweat off your skin for 6 hours... Awsome stuff. Didn't believe it myself at first, but man after using it the first two cycles (got PG the sencond cycle with out clomid) it definately made a difference. I used those fertility monitors and they didn't detect the surges as well as the watch... I did both together, and the LH monitors didn't detect the surge for 3 days after my ov watch... I have a POAS obsession (Pee On A Stick)... Common on girls!!!!! We need up dates....!

Teddyfinch - October 29

Ok I've never heard of the watch. I'm going to have to look into that. I have the Ovulite and I have to say it's pretty hard to read. I have been really super lightly spotting these past 3 days and used the Ovulite and it showed fern patterns so I don't think I'm good with that yet lol. I'd like to use the pee strips, but don't really know where to order them in bulk. (I've never known when I'm ovulating so I need a lot) Oh, and I meant to ask. I don't sweat all day that I know of, so how would the watch help me if I'm not a big sweater?

BiancaM - October 30

Hey ladies. May I join? I don't have clomid yet but I am thinking about buying some and taking it unprescribed. I took it prescribed last november after trying for almost 2 years and had a baby boy in august. Now I want to try for #2!! I don't have my period yet though, do you ladies have any idea when I should take it then?

Teddyfinch - October 31

Oh so you just had a baby around 2 months ago? Hmm, you might talked to your doc about getting progesterone to start you bleedin again. And then of course you know when you took the clomid last time. Just make sure it doesn't make you sick.

irishsweetie2003 - November 1

Well, first I would give your baody a little time to heal. The Uterus has been through ALOT. (along with all your other vital organs like your heart.) They usually recommend at least 1 year especially when you've been PG for 9 months. That's 9 months of healing your body has to do. Then while you're going through your healing time. I could take all your necessary vitamins and suppliments to help you get your body into tip-top shape... That way, you reduce your chances of complications after concieving #2... Then you would take you clomid in about 1 year when you've had time to heal and devote your love to your 1st child blessing, and do every thing the same way. Obviously what ever you were doing before worked... Give your body time to bounce back to it's old self, and you shouldn't have a problem the second round. COngradulations on your new bundle of joy... One thing I can tell you, as they grow, they're a handful, but fill your time with great memories. I loved spoiling each one of my kids with a couple years of love before I had the next one.... Especially sense my second one was a severe preemie and needed all my atttention. My 1st son was 3 1/2 when he was born. it was great only dealing with 1 set of diapers at a time, and my 1st son was able to remember his brother being a baby and even help.. made for such a close bond... Kids are funny... Especially brothers. They can fight like cats and dogs, but let some one mess with their sibling and there's hel to pay.LOL Yeah, my boys are close, and they each got their devoted time where I could focus on their needs. I'm glad I had them the way I did.... Now I'm trying to concieve #3 with a different relationship... Time has gone by (7years), but it's even better because now they can help change diapers.LOL Good luck with your future baby planning... Hey, some times a pregnacy jump starts your system so you might not even need the clomid... That would be awsome sense the clomid conflicts with b___st feeding. (dries your milk and causes problems with infant injesting it through the milk) I hope we were able to help.... Good Luck!

Dinks - November 1

I have taken it unprescribed, I also have a daughter concieved naturally. But I havent had a AF since before I was pregnant (about 2 years ago), so I ordered some off the internet and took it when it arrived as I read that it doesnt matter when you take it if you dont have AF. I have just done a test and I am O!!! Very excited

irishsweetie2003 - November 1

Me too!!!! Ohhhh..... ya know what that means.... Two of us are already taking clomid and we're both ovulating around the same time... How kewl is that.... ? I've been beding for like 4 days streight now... getting my final donation tonight.... CM is a little thicker then normal, but I use preeseed and instead cups, so all should be well.. So swimmers escape me untill I'm ready,a nd the pree seed keeps them strong untill they can get through so my antibodies don't attck them too much.... I'll probably test 1 week before thanksgiving, if not sooner..... Good luck!

ashgirl - November 1

I everyone! I just purchased some Clomid form medsmex.com Has anyone bought it through them? Anyway, I have one daughter who's almost 2, and just had a ruptured ectopic in early July and have been TTC ever since then, but no luck. I read online that Clomid could help, since I only have one felopian tube left. Thanks for posting all this great info! I've ben trying to figure out the best ways to take this on my own, and you ladies have been a great resource.

Teddyfinch - November 2

Well, I start my Clomid tomorrow. Dunno who else is. Mine's prescribed, but I don't care at this point lol. As far as I'm concerned, we're all in the same boat with the same meds so good luck to everyone on Clomid! irish: i'm going the robitussin route to help with the cm. I'm hoping this works for all of us. it would be nice if we could all get BFPs together =P

Dinks - November 2

2Well, I am alittle worried about my O. I only finished taking my last clomid pill 5 days ago, I have read that clomid usually makes you O later. But as I havent O for 2 years I have no real point of reference. Also sorry if this is TMI but I have got loads of CM and it was a browny colour?! But the last couple of days is getting clearer, I think this is a good sign?! Irish: Sorry not sure when thanks giving is as Im from England. But Im got my fingers crossed for us all

irishsweetie2003 - November 2

Dinks:Sorry, I can be soooo blond some times. I'min the US. Thanks giving is always the third thursday in the month of November... So, I will be officially late on the 8th of November.... I won't be able to keep from testing before that. Last month when I got PG I started testing at 8dpo and got faint posatives (wasn't on clomid). Your bleeding most likely was what they call break through bleeding.. I some times got that when I took some thing called prometrium after I had my second son and the depo shot (birth control) messed up my periods so I didn't even get one... Clomid is sort of like prometrium and can a__sist with getting PG... I wasn't trying to get PG, just put my periods on course and have one... Teddyfinch: You're right.... We are all in the same boat no matter how we're taking it... It's scary, and it's physically challenging... I really hope every one gets what they want from clomid and I support every one in their efforts..... Especially you... I feel for you one the whole "extreemly long wait" to concieve... My husband and I have been at it for over 3 1/2 years. My x-huband and I were trying for 2 1/2 years after that... Probably was best that I didn't have anouther with him.LOL So, total, it's been 6 years of trying.... When I was on the depo shot and the birthcontrol pills, they actually effected my egg production and gave me eggs too small to fertilize or didn't let me pop out an egg during ovulation period... My Dr was going to perscribe me my clomid, but I didn't like the cost of the drug stores that wanted over $100 for a month's supply... So, I purchased mine online for $44 for a full 6 month supply.... I checked out the company, and did research on the pills before taking them... I had a 3 month time period where I pondered if I should use them... Then I had the chemical pregnacy and it verified my need for the clomid... So, here I am.... Same boat as every one here, but taking it perscribed, yet using unperscribed clomid... I did my own home work to find out what time of day to take it, and what days I would stand the greatest chance to concieve, and not have it effect my unterine lining... 3 months I researched, and talked to a friend of mine who specialized in a__siting eople to get PG... I took herbal suppliments for 8 months to prepair my body and try to concieve naturally... So, here I am.... and here you guys are.... When I took my clomid from day 2-6 or basically the day after my bloody show and on... I hit my fertile window on cycle day 11.... This was right on time for me... Last month my fertile day 1 started on cd11... So, it hasn't changed my cycles.. My ovulation day will is today on cd15... Here are how the statistics go... 4 days before ovulation, you stand a 13% chance of concieving... 3 days prior to ovulation is again 13%.... 2days prior is a 28%... and 1 day prior is 26%... The day of ovulation is only a 5% chance... You definately need to get the ov watch... it's awsome, and the only ovulation predictor you can use at the same time you are orally taking the clomid because it tests a different chemical in your body... check it out ov watch on line... this thing doesn't let you leave any websites.... So, good luck ladies and happy TWW (two week wait).....

Jessicab3 - November 2

Hi everyone, it looks like you have a great support group going on here. Good luck shebastacey, Irish, teddy and dinks. I hope you all get your BFP this month! DH and I got lucky last month (even though we took a break ... lol) I got my BFP last week...yeah! I was planning on trying my clomid this month but don't need to now. For all those still needing advice I was also going to take it cd 2-6 from all my research that seemed to be the best. I also ordered from mexmeds.com and sundrugstore.com. My order from sundrugstore came only 10 days later from India (I live in the U.S so was quite surprised how fast it came) The Mexmeds order still hasn't showed up, I think its been about 4 weeks now. Anyways I hope everyone the best. ***Big Fat Baby Dust***

Jessicab3 - November 2

BiancaM, I also think you should wait at least a few more months before trying meds. You could be incredibly fertile on your own right now. A friend of mine conceived twins! (with no meds)when her baby was only 3 months old. She's 6 months prego now and having a real hard time so I wouldn't wish that on anyone but you do what you feel is best for you and if you want to get pregnant now go for it but please don't take any meds yet. Let your body adjust on its own and if its ready to get pregnant it will happen.

irishsweetie2003 - November 2

I strongly agree with Jessicab3 about waiting... Your body goes through alot... Not only could you be jepardising your own health, but the health of your baby... Sense you haven't had a healing period, you're more suceptable to issues with premature births which are far from being glorified... My 10 1/2 week preemie wasn't even supposed to make it... I was very fortunate... I was told that he had a 75% OF NOT making it... They didn't even look at the posative side... They told me that he wouldn't live and to prepair for his funeral. It was definately a scary time for me.... Make sure your next pregnacy is a happy healthy one.... Makes it more enjoyable... But after your bady has healed and it's ready to go... We'll all be here rooting you on....
