I strongly agree with Jessicab3 about waiting... Your body goes through alot... Not only could you be jepardising your own health, but the health of your baby... Sense you haven't had a healing period, you're more suceptable to issues with premature births which are far from being glorified... My 10 1/2 week preemie wasn't even supposed to make it... I was very fortunate... I was told that he had a 75% OF NOT making it... They didn't even look at the posative side... They told me that he wouldn't live and to prepair for his funeral. It was definately a scary time for me.... Make sure your next pregnacy is a happy healthy one.... Makes it more enjoyable... But after your bady has healed and it's ready to go... We'll all be here rooting you on....

irish! what kind of doctor do you have?!?! i would have slapped someone if they said that to me. but yes, it has definitely been a long wait lol. i was married once before and tried for almost 5 years, and now that i found the right man, we've been trying for almost 3. definitely a patience tester. i took my first clomid today and it was so funny. i don't like to read what side effects you could have because then i become a bit paranoid and start to feel them. so i call up my hubby and start telling him i'm feeling funny and my eyes are bothering me and i think it's all from the clomid. well i picked him up from work and he took one look at me and said "that's not from the clomid. you have allergies so your eyes are gooey and you're tired and dizzy from lack of sleep." BOOM! all my s/e were gone lol. i definitely got me a good one. <3

Teddyfinch: Oh, I hear ya... I ignored alot of the side effects people told me about the clomid... I was aware of them, but went into it with the frame of mind that I wouldn't get them... After all 5 pills, I laughed at every one who complained about taking it because I felt nothingt. It wasn't untill a few days later that I felt the effects of the Clomid and really didn't notice it, but my husband did and asked me if they were the effects of clomid, so I looked it up and sure enough it was...LOL It's alright though, it's all for the greater good... The Dr was just being realistic with me, and all though I wanted to hit him, I did tell him to be realistic with me sense I am a person who wants to hear the facts.... My son was looked at by two neonatal specialists and even the nurses said that they had never seen a child born this early, with this severe of a cerebral hemorage and an infection in his body, actually make it.... I'm definately blessed to have him today, and he's functioning at a normal average age appropriate level... He's a mericle, but trust me... I was prepaired for the worst, sense the worst is what was estimated to happen... Well, today I feel fine... I'm two days after ovulation and just started using progestrone cream to make sure my body produces enough... Nothing major sense I know I do have progestrone because I do cycle, and I have no major horma___l difficiencies... This is just to make sure that my hormones don't drop or not producce enough estrogen during the early stages of pregnacy and give my bean a chance to create a healthy plecenta... I will most likely use it even if I do get PG, because it supposably helps the baby's brain development and some of the efects of pregnacy, as well as reduces premature births... So, 2 days past ovulation and all is well and normal... No more Clomid Psycho moments... and I seem to have my normal post ovulation signs that my body is just waiting to see if an egg will implant... Should start noticing a difference in my body in the next couple days or so if I do get an implanted egg, just like last month.... Where is every one, why haven't I heard any updates..... Are there any other ladies out there?

I'm just on day 2 of Clomid. I don't really have any other advice from my doc. She didn't tell me she was going to do any scans or anything. She didn't tell me if I was ovulating and just made to much estrogen. In fact, she didn't tell me anything. I think I may write down a few questions and call her on monday.

Well only 7 days till I can test if Im preg! Im getting excited and hoping that its first time lucky! The side affects aren't too bad, headaches and alittle crabby. I dont know how these women who do this for months on end cope. I have found this takes up so much of my time and thoughts its suprising I can do anything else. I really do admire women who have to do this month in, month out.

I'm on day 4 or so past ovulation... Boobs and nipples are so sore and raw.. I sware I'm having an elergic reation to som ething, but the only thing I can think that would give me these sympthoms other then pregnacy is possibly clomid...I've got about 6 days before I can test the earliest... 10 days before I'm late for my period.... All I know is I'm getting moody lately, tired, and my b___bs feel agonizing right now.... I hate the TWW! I've done it sooooo many times... LAst month I thought I was done doing this stuff, and that's when mother nature said, nope you can't keep this one... So, here I am wondering if I have the signs, and if I will be PG this month... I sure do hope it only takes one month on the clomid...

Irish: those are good signs I'd say. I havent felt any different, from before! How soon after your last clomid pill did you o? keep me informed with your progress, cross fingers for both of us

Ooh just read something very interesting. That during the 2WW, your body thinks your preg even if your not, which is why so many of us have the symptons but actually arent! I found that interesting and it explanined alot. Just thought I would share it

Yeah, b___bs still burning and I'm only 5 or so days after ovulation... I started having severe cramping a couple days before Halloween Oct31st..Haloween night it just stopped leaving a dull achy feeling... So even though my fertility watch says it happened on the Nov. 2nd, but I think it happened the night of the 31st... So going off from what the watch says, I'm 5dpo and have been feeling this b___st thing sense 3dpo... I remember feeling some of these symthoms last month with my BPF chemical pregnacy before I started clomid... But this month they're 10x worst with the b___st tenderness.. I wouldn't even call it tenderness... That's an understatement.. My b___sts are tende4r, but my nipples feels like they're on fire especially if they are lightly brushed... My husband doesn't even hug me because they hurt soooo bad.... So, hopefully a sign of PG and not Clomid teasing me....

Im hoping someone can shed some light on my side effects. I feel like Im having a migrane. The pain is unbearable. I feel dizzy and hot and cold. Ive got no cramping pains so I dont think its over stimulation. Ive taken pain killers but it isnt helping. Does anyone know how long these effects can last?

Dinks: I had alot of those same things happen to me last month when I was PG.... I was also very irritable. But the hyperstimulation usually is abdominal cramping and it usually occurs during or right after ovulation.... Not days from AF.... You could also be comming down with some thing... I would check your temp just to be on the safe side. There is this whopped fle thing going around that does the same exact thing... Ihad it earlier this month and blamed clomid untill I started puking profusely.... Good luck and let us know when you test....

Thanks for your speedy reply. Its not as bad as yesterday. It seems to be coming in waves, where yesterday it was all the time. I was thinking that it might be the hormones (that my body hasn't had for 2 years), my body is in shock because its not used to them anymore. I also took 100mg so maybe it was because it was a high dose. Im hoping Im not ill, the last thing I want is my daughter catching something this painful. Ive checked my temp and it is normal, so Im hoping everything will calm down over the next few days. Not long now until we can test! Im going to try to leave it as long as possible but Im sure if my nerves can hold!

Dinks: Yeah, if your body hasn't been producing hormones for a while, then it is possible that it's the hormonal surge... Usually you don't get the head aches after ovulation... Clomid is a medication meant spacificatlly to make ovulation strong, not meant to effect you PMS during your menstration time periods... So, it's more then likely not the clomid this late in the game. I would guess it's stress, maybe your body fighting a bug, or possible the PG sympthoms sense you're past the implantation period... Man, yesturday, I was in a foul mood, LOL Maybe it's because my b___bs are still on fire and getting worst, but I have an extra short whick... Wish I knew why my b___bs were the way they were... Felt some light c___ping today, but nothing long lasting or substatial enough to think it could involve AF... Especially sense she's not due for anouther 5-8 days..... That and AF cramps never go away ... They weren't even strong enough to be called AF cramps.. It was like a few twings, and that was it... So time will tell....] We need updates on every one here... Who's all still on the bandwagon! Is any one close to testing yet? Commom girls, give us some hope!

I am not postin this to get attacked...but believe me when I say this...and don't try to convience urself that somehow its not...but ordering prescription drugs without a prescription online is illegal...and is being highly monitored. just b/c u can order them doesn't make it legal.... if u read the news and follow internet crime reports you wll see people are getting jail time for ordering ANY prescription drug without a prescription. Clomid is a prescription drug...and is just is illegal as ordering narcotic prescriptions online. so be careful...and no just b/c the pill "looks" like it should does not mean it realy is what ur ordered . pharmacies aren't there to take ur money they r there to regulate medicine and make sure u receive the correct medicine. ordering blindly online from some pharmacy that "writes" u a prescription without even seeing u is plain out iggnorant. all I can say is be careful...u can be facing felony charges for illegal controlled substances or be taking what u thing is clomid and end up somewhere u don't want to be...please don't attack me I just fear all of u may be risking too much. gl

tish212: Maybe I should warn you that my best friend is the district attorney, and trust me I checked with him first. It is only illegal if the medication is bought and distributed to other to gain a profit... Or else they would be illiminating ordering it on line and would stop it... Husband is a MI in the CI section and he knows that it's not able to be touched.... We're not drug dealers or drug addicts here, so we'd apreciate those of you who "think" you know the laws with your narrow minded thought patterns... Please leave us alone... If you were more educated in the medical field, and also in the field of law, you would never verbally brain fart like that.. Most of these girls have perscriptions, we just choose to order on line because the drug stores are out ragious.... As for going to jail, not going to happen... Like I said before, I talk to my friend who is a district attorney and he said that so long as your not selling it to others, then they can't do any thing about it because it's not an illegal substance like cocain, and pot... Alot of people legally order meds from on-line because their insurance doesn't cover them or just because they're simply cheeper... My OB has verified that my Clomid was lagit before I took it so stop trying to give advise on some thing you have no lagitimate proof on... As for every one else, hope every one's comming along well... Please let the rest of us know how you're all doing, and like with any medication.... If you're experiencing any of the serious side effects mentioned on the Clomid site, go see your Dr.... Even people who are perscribed and order from a local pharmacy will have side effect... You will not go to jail if you tell the hospital you used clomid... u sadden me with ur supposed stories of knowing someone who is so and so...and u asked...it is illegal to obtain prescription drugs online without a prescription...sorry that u have lead urself to believe it isn't and it saddens me that u tell these women it isn't ... and yes u are obtaining it from a company making profit...hence why u pay for it. it is illegal in the united states to be in possesion of a prescription drug without a prescription. if u were telling the truth u wouldn't get so offened by my post...ur need to "downgrade" me b/c I shed some light upon this subject shows just how little u actually know..and ur need to say I have a friend who is this and my hubby is that shows that they really aren't ...if u were tellin the truth u wouldn't have to back up what u say with such fake remarks. it saddens me u have blindsided all the women to believe that what they r doing is legal or safe.... it isn't actually do the research and u will find where it is illegal and all the negative side effects women can have if they have medical problems ect... even if u don't get caught at least one of these women will... heard of the patriot act? u have no privacy...the government knows what u type online...what u order....and what u get in the mail exactly down to the date...trust me on that I was approached by a man from homeland security cuz someone sent me a bogus check...and he knew the day I got it in the mail...and what all my emails said..ect...so yes they know everything and once they have enough evidence for acase they will contact u. and go ahead and "downgrade" me some more with ur bogus examples of a frend who is this or a friend who is that or with some c___p saying I'm narrowminded...lol...I'm not narrowminded I'm just not as iggnorant to laws as u.
