Um... hi all... im from United Kingdom and seen this thread and thought it would be an answer to my prayer. I hope its okay to be here please? I realise there are some "tender & sensitve issues" going on. However id just like friendship and perhaps advice if possible please?. "CLOMID"...as i say im from UK...where can i get hold of Clomid please?. My story is this...im 45 mc late 21 days and have had SEVEN NEG tests and ive never been late like this b4!!! Had bloods taken on Wed and was told they would be back 2day, however now its gonna be Mon or Tues. In frustration i bought a stores own brand tester and it was neg so all in all that made it a horrid 7 negs. We are heartbroken i am currently using OVULEX? I came across this on Ebay and have 3 bottles of this. Ive heard this is rubbish and no use? Im still using this but i have heard there is succsess with CLOMID. Please can ANYONE advise? Your comments would be valued although please do not critisize me for asking about unprescribed clomid. We just want a chance to have a baby and its upsetting. Ive already had 4 kids to my former marriage. In a new marriage and my husband was found to have slow moving sperm, he has been taking herbal vits etc to make things better. Sorry this is soooo long and dragged out i promise nxt one wont be, i just wanted 2 give you the whole pic not just half. Thank you for listening to me Ladies and we wish you all the very best. Thanks.

Silent_wish try getting your husband some vitamin C pills. That can help with his sperm. It's legal and safe .He is to take 1000mg a day.It takes about 90 days to get the full benefit .You can research this info on the internet also if you like.Good Luck...

Thank you, newbieclaire...it's really nice to know I'm not the only one who feels this way. And samehere....you might want to look at what you write, "novel of garble"....what are you trying to say?
Are you really qualified to determine that I have issues? Because if your oneliner was an example....I really don't think I care whether you think I have issues.

Hi Silent_Wish , I'm so sorry about your heartache. I believe there is a post about how to increase sperm count on here through vitamins and such. I don't know if clomid is your answer even if you were to see a DR. If you did though, your DR might prescribe it and then do the possible trigger shots and u/s follow-ups for your safety. I wish you well and a +HPT very soon.

Wow...that gave us a little hope anyway.Tonight i have lower cramps again like pre menstrul cramps but they ease off and then nothing. Its really frustrating. Hope everyone is well here and having a good weekend. xxx-xxx

Silent_Wish, just so you know. I had cramping and I thought it was just my period starting. I was actually pregnant and it was my ligaments and uterus stretching, so you never know.

I don't understand why is anyone taking this unprescribed? All I hear from people is I hate your post you are mean...
But, I think that Clomid is over prescribed already, so why would anyone haveto get it illegally?
And is that safe? Right now I don't know where my clomid ismade, but when you order it illegally you don't know anything about it. That is scary! and if your dr won't prescribe it to you, then you probably shouldn't take it.

Lil96...to answer your question, no it is not ever safe to take any prescription unprescribed! Clomid can cause ovarian hyperstimulation even when monitored by a doctor. If left untreated, it could cause fertility issues that you never had before. It could cause you to lose your ovaries altogether. Is that really worth the risk just for ones selfish want of multiples? I for one would never risk my health or the health & welfare of any unborn child!

And just to fill in the blanks, some of us have valid reasons, and aren't taking it just to conceive multiples. There are a lot of doctors who give it out like candy, and don't monitor you on it...and many of us who suffer with infertility don't have any infertility insurance. We do what we have to do...and, in my case there are some legal US pharmacies that you can procure an online prescription. I've used Clomid before...as I mentioned, my doctor last year didn't monitor, and I got pregnant and had an early miscarriage. So, I know what my medical diagnosis is, and that I can get pregnant. I need Clomid to get pregnant, and if my insurance company sees anything close to treating infertility, it's almost impossible to get them to pay for anything. I have PCOS, and quite a few payments for procedures have been denied over the past year, because they were linked to treating infertility. So...we're not all selfish people....twins would be lovely, but at this point, if I could get and stay pregnant with one more healthy baby, I'd be a very happy mom. That's really it...if I had better insurance, I'd love to do it a better way...Unfortunately, I can't afford a thousand dollars a month for ultasounds, lab work, etc....so I order my metformin and my clomid online, and pray. Whatever your wishes are...I hope they come true, and that you're able to find the emotional support here that many of us haven't been able to. Good luck!

I recently ordered clomid u/p, I haven't began taking it yet. To make it clear I have NO desire for multiples! I have one child - conceived naturally - and I haven't been able to conceive since. We've only been trying for 1 year, but I'll be 40 this year, so I don't want to keep waiting. My insurance won't cover a DIME for infertility treatments. I would LOVE to take clomid under the supervision of an MD, but cannot afford the process.

Wannanotherbaby - if you have NO desire for multiples whatsoever I would not recommend taking clomid. I was on 50mg used in combo with IUI and my RE said we only had a 10% chance of multiples. Well guess what? I'm 19 weeks with twins. I'm not complaining, we tried for 3 years before getting pg, this was the only thing that worked for us, but multiples are a very real possibility. The advantage of being monitored by a doc while taking fert. drugs is that they can count the number of follicles you produce so that you can not 'do the deed' if you produce too many. FYI, I had 3 follicles which was my max. If I'd produced more we would not have gone ahead with insemination. My insurance didn't cover IF either, I'm still paying off the bills but to me it was worth it to avoid the possibility of HOM.
Not judging anyone, just relating my personal experience.

I live in a rural area and most women I know that were prescribed Clomid were given 3 months worth and not monitored. Clomid is concidered relatively safe and effective by the medical community. The likelihood of having multiples is relatively low. The people that attack women here for taking it U/P need to get a life - log off and turn off the computer. I've been trying to get pregnant for almost a year. I went to my new Ob/gyn a few month ago and asked him for some Clomid, he refused and told me I'd be pregnant by the end of summer and if I'm not then he'll prescribe it to me. Hopefully he's right and I'll get pregnant. Now, if I had told a fib and told him that I'd been trying to concieve for over a year, he would have gave it to me - unmonitored. I'm fortunate and have health insurance but a whole lot of people don't and if they want to take it unprescribed good luck to them!

Thank you for the validation for all of us, on THIS side of u/p Clomid, indobray. It's really nice to see a new name...Good luck with getting PG...and if it's any consolation, my sister's friend is 44 and just had her "Clomid" baby last week.
Her doc wouldn't prescribe it, she ordered it u/p, and got pg the first month on it! If she can do it, so can we!

Indobray...I hear you on the possibility of having multiples, and let me clarify...I am not *opposed* to having multiples...I just wanted to make it clear that some of us who are taking clomid u/p are not doing it in order to achieve a pregnancy with multiples. Twins would be a double blessing in my opinion, but getting pg with just one baby would be ideal. My major point is that the possibility of having twins (or more) has NOTHING to do with my taking clomid u/p. For me it's strictly because of insurance/financial limitations.
babs...I'm happy for your sister's friend! I pray that if it's God's will, the rest of us will be sharing such stories soon! :>

Oh! So sorry...I addressed my reply to indobray, when I meant to respond to freebird! Sorry ladies!
Freebird...congrats on your twins, and thx for explaining one of the benefits of being monitored. That's a good point about being able to choose before hand whether or not you want to try to conceive if too many mature follicles are seen beforehand.
