2 Months Late And No Help

Im so confused and the doctors are making it worse, My December period was 4 days long (unusual for me), they usually last 12 days alllllll the time. I missed my January period and now my February still isnt here! I went to the doc end of January and urine and blood tests came back Negative, im confused... Why is it the doctors assume its stress... Im not stressed whats making me stressed is not giving me an answer... I've gained some weight my hips are extremely large and My br___t feels heavy. I want to take another home test but I just dont want to keep wasting my money. Im trying not to "stress" but my body is playing me for a fool... I NEED HELP:(
