Possible Implantation Bleeding Or Not

I had a regular period September 13-18, then unexplained spotting on September 29th. My periods have been totally regular at 29 days for the past year with no contraceptives. Is this possibly implantation bleeding or is it at the wrong time of the month? Anyone have a clue? If it is when will a pregnancy test show? Thanks for any info given, I'm lost!! :)
