I had a dime sized spot of bright red blood in my panties around the time my period was due but now I'm 6 days late and have been feeling nauseous for the past two days. Should I test or wait it out a little longer? My hubby and I have been trying for a baby for a really long time so I'm really hoping for this! Thanks!
