I have a question, is anyone else having episodes where you have mild heartburn and you burp or bend over and you get reflux that burns the back of your throat? I never get this. I am now 9 or 10 dpo and experiencing this.

My implantation bleeding was not heavy at all. I wore a pantyliner for the whole day and had some light red coloured spotting throughout the day. Nothing heavy at all. Then the next day it was kind of gone, but then the day after that it was very mild again. I took a test and found out I was pregnant when I got home from work. :-)

For the last 5 days I have had a light brown discharge. My period isnt due for about another 2 weeks. Could this be implantation bleeding? How long does implantion bleeding last and how long after ovulation does it normally begin? Any answers will be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

I am not sure if I had posted on here about a month or so ago about implantation bleeding, but here's my story. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for 7 years now. I have had two cysts to rupture on me because I have PCOS. Each time I thought I was pregnant. On Aug. 2nd I had my period. Then a week later on the 14th of Aug. I cramped really bad all day long and then I started a really light pink spotting. On the 15th I did not do anything. Then on the 16 to the 18th I had dark brownish red spotting, but not enough to worry about, just when I would wipe. My b___sts got sore on the 18th of Aug. also. So, I thought well, maybe this time I am. I took two pregnancy tests and they both came back negative. I had my 8 week appt for being on Metformin(to help me ovulate to get pregnant) on the 20th of Sept. When I get there, I sign in, they call me back and do the weight thing and take down all the info. Since my last period was on Aug. 18th, they did a urine on me...normal routine thing, been there done it so many times. We were just standing there talking and the nurse screamed out oh my gosh, it's POSITIVE!!!! I thought I would faint..I have waited so many years to hear those words, all I could do was cry, and they cried with me....I am now 2 months pregnant with my first child, and I am loving it...I have VERY lucky so far because I have NOT had morning sickness...I do get nauseated at times, and really, really tired, but that's bout it....I am do around May 9th of 06......WOW finally a positive...I hope that my story has helped some of you that may have the same questions, what ifs..But keep in mind that each person is different, if you really think you are, make an appt with your doc. I'm sorry my last period was on Aug 2 not the 18th

Joanne, Thank you for your post. It give alot people out there hope. Well guys, I decided to test so I ordered an aimstick and tested on 11 DPO and of course it was negative. My period is due this week on the 6th so we will see. I guess you just never know. For the life of me though I never spotted between periods and can't figure out why I still have yellowish CM. I guess time will tell. I had a little cry after my test came out negative but my friend said that she took two urine tests and a blood test and everything came back negative when in fact she really was pregant. Her levels were not high enough until she was at least 2 months.

She must have had a Qualitative HCG then rather than a Quant_tative. Seems odd that she was 8 weeks before she ever had a +. Is her pregnancy progressing well?

Hi all. I had a miscarriage in Aug 2005 and my period came between 11 Sept-15Sept 2005. On the 24th, I spotted for a short while and then it stopped. Then on the 30th I spotted once in the morning and it stopped. On Oct 1, I bled a little on my pad and then it stopped the rest of the day. On 2nd Oct, I spotted again (brownish pinkish discharge) when I wiped with a tissue after urinating. Then there was nothing throughout the evening and night. Today, Oct 3rd I spotted again (brownish discharge on the tissue) twice this morning. My period is due around the 7th of Oct and I am wondering if this is implantation bleeding. I have NO other symptoms at all. I am confused and worried. I hope it is not any residue from the D&C or infection. Please help.

Irena, Being that you had a miscarriage I would definetely call your doctor and speak with them.

Hi Tiersa, I went to see the doctor about the spotting/staining. She couldn't see anything abnormal in the scan except that I have an enhanced blood flow in the uterus. She says that my lining hasn't started shedding yet either despite the fact that I am supposed to have my period around the 7th of Oct. She says it's not common for a non-pregnant woman to have all these, but for a pregnant woman... She didn't want to sound too happy, but she suspects it's a pregnancy! I had to get a blood test done and will know the results this afternoon... gosh, I really hope I am pregnant and healthy!

I got my results this afternoon and the doctor says that my HCG level has risen slightly, but it is too early to tell if we will be having a pregnancy yet because I haven't missed my period. My period is due on Fri(7th Oct) or Sat (8th). I am supposed to do another blood test on Fri to see if there is any more rise in the HCG level. I really hope it will rise and I can have a safe pregnancy.

Hi! I am confused about implanation bleeding too. Mine is not continous.lt was literally one gush and then nothing-light pink and nothing on the pad now. My body never has a period like that. But maybe??? Can i.b. happen like that?

Sorry to say ... but unlike most people here, I am not trying to get pregnant, however - I am still worried about implantation bleeding or just having an early period. I started bleeding earlier today - it is red blood, however it seems less amounts than a normal period, and there is more brown within my tampon than I think normally at the beginning of a normal period. It has been about 12 days since the unprotected s_x, and about 5 days before my period should start. I am having major c___ps, and back pain (but that could be normal- or not?). Could someone please give me their opinion. Thank you.

Hello I am new to this but alot of what you are all saying sounds like me. Me and my husband have been trying for 6 months. last month 9/14 i got af right on time, but it started realy light and was a little bit heavier at the end witch is also iregular. I was due for af on 10/14 and on 10/16 i started what i thought was af. but it is nothing like my normal period. I don't even need a pad and having no cramps usualy when i get af i cramp bad. i am having brown discharge and a little pink spotting. I have taken a few hpt tests i took first responce early test and got ( - ) result. i took a test this morning and ( - ) so how long do you think i should wait to test again if what i am I am also experiencing alot of the signs experiencing is implantaion? any one had the same thing happen to them?

I also need some advice. 08/13/2005 I underwent an abortion and had bleeding for several weeks and then it stopped for a while. On Septmeber 14/ 2005 I had a normal period, I am always very regular. This was a nice healthy period ( sorry if that sounds gross). On October 11/2005 I started bleeding very light and this lasted for a few days. It was a dark red/brown color but just not a normal period for me. Could this be impalntation bleeding, I am trying to get pregnant again. I am extremely tired, I have these faint headaches on and off for the last week and a half or so. I am SOOOOOO moody it is scary. Can someone please help ????
