Well I think it was my period. I was hopeful, but I took a test again yesterday and it was still neg. I guess our bodies just change and there is no reason for it! Heres to next month!!

Good luck Mandy, I'll be crossing my fingers. I go to the doc June 7th so I'll let everyone know my diagnosis :)

kdella, I wouldn't count it off just yet. With my 2nd son I bled and I thought it was my period although it was different so I did a test actually several and they were neg, then 2 wks later I got dizzy at work and went to the doc who then did a blood test and sure enough I was preg with my now 5 yr old. Our bodies do play tricks but I'm hoping you are if that's what you want. Good luck

Thanks for the wishful thinking. Was it your regular doctor? What other symtoms did you have? Did you think you were preg and thats why you went to the doctor?

aproctor - June 1

I actually went because I thought something was wrong with me. I went to the ob because I was having kinda bright blood or pinkish looking and it had a couple of clots. When I would pee it was kinda clotty on the toilet paper and I had never had this before so I thought something must be wrong with me health wise, he did a urine test, it came back neg. Just to appease me he did a blood test and sure enough I was preg. That was 2 wks after what he called implantation bleeding so I guess the test don't always show right away because I had a beautiful boy. I'm hoping it's what has happened to me this time because it's the same thing 5 yrs later. I go to the doc next week so cross your fingers.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you!! Keep us posted! So you are going through the same thing this time around too? Last time what were your others symtoms besides the bleeding? What are they now?

aproctor - June 1

It's all pretty much the same. Last time I bled like I told you and then two weeks later I was standing in an elevator and got soo dizzy I thought I was going to pa__s out. That was 2 weeks after the implantation bleeding. This time I just got done with what I hope is implantation bleeding. It certainly was not a period and was just a couple of days before I was supposed to start my period. I just know it takes longer to find out sometimes so be hopeful and try to think positive. I will keep you posted but man I would almost bet my house on it since this is alot like what I went through before.

Also this time I started bleeding pink like (just spots) the next day it was a tad more but had some little clots on the toilet paper. It wasn't flowing or anything, that lasted for a couple of days and then the last day was like brown smear on the toilet paper (hope I am not too graphic) and it also has a strange smell. I know that's TMI but us women go through so much I think we should share everything in case someone else might have the same things going on but don't want to say it. Hope that helps. What have been your symptoms?

i just feel naseaous and have headaches. I guess that could be from anything. I took another test and it was still neg, so I guess I have to accept that and move on. Let us know how your appt. goes! Good luck!

Hey guys, I'm really concerned. First of all, my "period" is one week early. It's not normal at all - spotting, very light in color. I've been having a just-got-done-working-out-hard feeling in my belly and ribcage. I've been lethargic and worn out for no reason. I have had two negative pregnancy tests... should I wait until my normal period is due to test?

aproctor - June 6

I would wait because with my 2nd son it took a couple of weeks, I'm not sure why it's immediate for others but it wasn't for me. I go to the doc today for a blood test so maybe I will know my results tomorrow. Yea!! I'm ready to know because the "not knowing" is driving me crazy.

I am so confused. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant, after an emotion miscarriage 10 months ago due to an ectopic pregnancy. I stopped my birth control on April 7th. I had a normal period in June, but it was one day late. This month I was 5 days late. My husband an I tried twice during my week of ovulation. I felt sure I was pregnant. I started bleeding yesterday. My cycle is usualy right on time, and when I wen off birth contrl before, it was only off the first month after discontinuing the pills. It has been much lighter than my usual periods, and it is a bright red color. I also have alot of cramping in my abdomen and slight back pain, and I usually do not cramp, and when I do it does not feel like this. So the bleeding is started 17 days after ovulation, so is this too late for implatation bleeding? I plan to take a hpt thurday. Could I still be pregnant? any advise will be helpful. ?

Question: Ok... My husband is currently deployed right now but came home for mid-tour leave from the May 16th to the 1st of June. Because of a miscarriage and subsequent hormonal imbalance, I've had to force my AFs to start by using Provera. I had just finished one right before he got back and if I had ovulated, I would have done so fro the 25th to the 27th of May. We've done the baby making thing every night for those two weeks and if I had normal .'s I would have started one on the 8th of this month but instead, on the 8th til now I've had a slight pinkish brown pasty discharge. So that'd make it about 11 days... Could this possibly be implantation bleeding? I took a HPT on the 8th and the 15th and both were negative. I've been having weird headaches (right under my eyebrows), been feeling a bit dizzy, and have had several leg cramps... I try so hard not to hope. We want to have a baby so badly and well, it's impossible to try while he's gone. Could implantation bleeding go for 11+ days? If so, when should I take a HPT after the discharge stops? Would a blood test be able to tell me that I'm pregnant if it IS implantation bleeding now??? I'm so sorry this is so long... Just trying so hard not to hope and doing a horrible job at it... Someone please help???

Shea - July 27

Hi Ladies!!! I guess I'm just another one in the bunch that needs some help. I am pretty young, a whopping 23, and am very healthy. I am a thin body type so my periods a very regular. I never have clotting, and they are always 28 days. I'm not due to start my period for another 2-3 days, but a few days ago I started having some really light spotty bleeding. at first it wasn't even hardly noticeable when I wiped, but its gotten to be a tad bit more. Nothing like a reg period though. over the last couple days about a couple panty liners worth. It comes and goes, and its clotty at times, and varies from light pink, to brown to bright red... My b___sts have been very tender and growing rapidly for about a week and a half now. I'm tired all the time. If I eat more than a small handful of food at a time I feel so nauseous, light headaches fairly often. Cramping, which I NEVER have. restlessness... and just flat out "Not feeling Myself"... my husband even says that I've been really different lately, and way more sensitive than I usually am even near my period. If anyone has any advise or help, it would be greatly appreciated, or even a similar experience :) Good luck to all of you! Its so wonderful to see so many people wanting to have children!!!! Hugs! ~The Little One, Shea

Hi Shea, It certainly sounds like it could be ib. Unfortunately the only way to know for sure is to wait a few days and take an hpt. Baby Blessings to you, Tonja

I have been reading through all of the posts trying to self diagnose whether I am pregnant or not. My husband and I have been trying for the last 2 months, I usually have a regular cycle to the day, but I am now 3 days late, 2 negative pregnancy tests and this morning I started having a brownish discharge and I was certain my period was starting, but I have had nothing more all day. I had severe cramping last week, fatigue, taking naps which is not in my nature for the past 2 weeks, very irritable, very sore nipples, insomnia set in last night which I have never experienced before, light headed when I walk up the stairs, etc. Any insight or hope? With the negative tests I was accepting the fact that I wasn't pregnant, but with reading the posts and educating myself on implantation bleeding I am starting to wonder if it could be possible. I would appreciate any suggestions you may have :)
