Women Who Want To Gain ALOT!

I am 11 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby... First pregnancy I began at about 115 lbs, gained 70, had my baby and was 120 shortly after, Second pregnancy started at about 120, gained about 50, and was even smaller shortly after (about 110)... This is my 3rd and I really want to gain weight and keep it on even after I have the baby. Before getting pregnant I was making an effort to gain and made it to about 130 lbs from drinking tons of weight gain shakes each day. I dont want to share this with my doctor because last time i was just told I am just a small person BUT I am desperate to get bigger and tired of looking like a stick person. Maybe only black women understand my struggle but I'm the skinniest thing in my family. Everyone else has womanly figures, hips, s, thighs, breasts, and i have none & struggled with this for many years.... I am tall so my goal weight to be about 180 post baby so I figure if I gain 100lbs during my pregnancy I might have a better chance at keeping on a few pounds... Any one gained alot and have any tips... Are those weight gain protein shakes safe during pregnancy?
