Why may it be that i feel pain on my whole lower back like if its stretching and pain on my right side on abdomen like where my ovary is at ? Can it be that i might be pregnant?

Did you miss a period? That pain could be many things, kidney stones, cists etc. Maybe go get a check up to ease your concerns
