Spotting, Mild Cramping, About 7 Weeks

hello!
Well, like a lot of girls on here I too have had spotting (minimal, brownish pinkish) with some mild cramping. I have had two intravaginal ultrasounds. The last one the doctor said the heart beat was strong (above 100) and no internal source of bleeding. She said "no worries." It's my second baby, but I'm freaking out everyday. Is this normal? (It's been ten years since I was pregnant!!)
