That was more than precum. Some of it must have gotten inside. Was there penetration at some stage? Run a home test when your period was originally expected and another a week later if still in doubt. Don't forget the prenatal vitamins.

Yes there was penetration

I've been receiving these light headaches and we had intercourse a day before my period ended. I've also been receiving light cramps like poking sensation

Hmm, a day before your period ended is not in the "fertile window", so the chance of pregnancy is very low - a few percent at best. You are right now at ovulation time, cycle day 14, so maybe what you are experiencing are ovulation cramps. Your hormones could be jazzed up from first time sex, which could account for the other signs. If you are only now ovulating it is not possible to be pregnant. Signs of ovulation include that cramp, high sex drive, fertile stretchy mucus, and a cervix which is soft, high, open and wet (finger check with one foot on the bathtub rail).

I've never experienced this nausea before as well as the headaches and cramps it's now 9 days and I still have these cramps. My Hume is also painful and my knees are sore as if I'm getting my periods. I'm also very sleepy at times and I've noticed now that when I sleep on my stomach it feels weird

It crosses my mind that you have been having sex right along and got pregnant at ovulation about the end of January. The period Feb 15th would have been an in-pregnancy bleed, lighter and shorter than usual. Working against this hypothesis is your negative pregnancy test. Maybe it was too early. Run another and see if you get the same answer.
