Possibility Of Being Pregnant Or Getting Pregnant?

Okay so i am 23 years old and my fiance is in the Army. For the first time in a few months i got to see him this past weekend. I have been on Tri-Sprintec for over 4 years now and that is the only method of contraceptive that we use. So here's what happened: i was actually sick the week leading up to seeing him i was on an antibiotic for about 5 days which i know lessens the effectivenss of the pill. I also forgot to take 3 pills out of my pack: the last pill for week 1 and the first 2 pills of week 2 (days: saturday/sunday[day 1 wk 2]/monday) and today is Tuesday. Well we had unprotected sex a few times on Saturday so my question i guess is what is my chance of ending up pregnant from this? Also i woke up today with bad cramps and very light bleeding. A few hours later the cramps were gone and the bleeding has almost stopped. Thank you in advance.

Nikki, between the antibiotics and the skipped pills I guess there has to be a chance of pregnacy. If you get some more early signs a pregnancy test first morning urine October 6th might tell the story. Buy a two-pack in case you have to repeat a week later.

What are some early signs i should look out for? Without over thinking and i stress myself into making up symptoms in my head
