Have you ever seen free fluid in the right adnexa around the ovary early in pregnancy and it not be an ectopic? Cyst I'm assuming corpus luteal on rt ovary looks clean and intact. Lingering rt pelvic pain since week of conception. Pt is about 4w6d by conception date that is a for sure date. Sac in uterus but no yolk sac yet. Labs will be drawn tomorrow. No bleeding. Help!
