Mirena And Pregnancy Symptoms

Hello! I have had my mirena iud for about a year and 3 months now and haven't had a períod since 5 months ago. I have recently started feeling nauseaus for about a week and had pale pink spotting/discharge for 2 days prior. I have not bled any more but have all the pregnancy symptoms as well as a high closed cervix which is weird for me since mine is usually always low and a bit open. I stopped breastfeeding months ago and have noted my breast tender and leaking a yellow liquid. I took a test and it came negative but I am unsure if it would show up being my spotting was just a couple days ago. Could I be pregnant and not know it?
