Hi guys,

So I feel pregnant, I have been having as what I remember same symptoms as my first pregnancy (this would be my second). I found out with my son at 5 weeks, but didn’t really show positive until 6-7 weeks. I want to say this pregnancy (if I am) is going to be the same. One thing I don’t know when to start counting to know exactly how many weeks I am. My LP was Sept 8-11 so that would put me around 6 weeks or so, but at this point if I am I should be getting positive results. The only thing I can think of is that I did spot for one day on Sept 27th, if I start counting from that day it puts me at 4 weeks. Is it possible to start feeling early pregnancy signs at only 3 weeks? I started with nausea, tiredness, shortness of breath, sore breasts and lower back pain. The last 4 days I have been experiencing a lot of lower abdominal stretching, I noticed my hips got wider because my underwear doesn’t fit, I've also gained unexplainably 10 pounds. I'm nauseated but hungry at the same time. Nipples have darkened and I do see that dark ring around them. I remember my friend saying let me see your breast if you have a dark ring around your nipple you are pregnant. LOL I'm just happy and anxious to know if any of you have experienced this?

I am scheduled for my HCG test today also for another test to check my thyroid has anyone heard of pregnancy symptoms also indicating problems with your thyroid? That was new to me.

Also, side note. I am on the nexplanon.. my expiration date was Oct 22nd, this past Saturday. I am scheduled to get it removed on Oct 31st, At first I was like it’s probably the symptoms are after effect of my nexplanon expiring but I can rule that out because of the abdominal cramps and the how I just feel uncomfortable. I don’t fit in my pants; they suffocate me LOL

Today I’m feeling a bit better a lot more energized, less cramping but frequently urinating.  What do you guys think? Am I pregnant?
