Pregnancy After Tubal Banding

I have a missed period and have had early pregnancy symptoms for nearly 2 month, i had my tubes banded 12 yrs ago..at home pregnancy test positive, clinic negative, my second child I had 8 negative test results before the 9th one which informed me I was already 4 1/2 months along..any ideas?
