Hello Ladies.... I come from a history of working long days in the financial industry... I got very lucky with timing, as right after I had my DD my company merged and my group was relocated to another state leaving me with a great package and the ability to be home with my little girl. I am really itching to get back to work now, but I cannot bear to deal with long hours away from her. Anyone work in an industry that has great flexibility that they can recommend? I work very hard, but I wont do it at the expense of missing out on her childhood. I would rather work late nights at home once she is in bed. I have been searching and searching, but finding jobs with flexibility seem to be equivalent with finding a needle in a haystack!
