Hi, I work in a research lab, I dont perform any experiments that require the use of radioactivity (P32,has a halflife of 15 days) but my co-workers do, is it safe for me to continue working in an environment where there is use of radioactivity during pregnancy.

I worked in a research lab for my entire pregnancy. Both of the labs I worked in were actively using P32 weekly. As long as your labmates are careful about monitoring contamination, you should be fine. If you are worried about your exposure, contact your radiological management department to get a dosage badge.
