Is there any kind of birth control you can use while br___tfeeding?

I had an IUD inserted, it is made of copper and contains no hormones. I don't have to remember to take a pill every day, which is what I like the most about it. It is good for up to 10 years. I can have it removed whenever I want to get preggo again. I know that there are other forms of BC that are safe as well, talk to your OBGYN.

Retta-I have used the mini-pill with all three of my children while I nursed them...worked great for me and no ill effects on the little ones!!!
