Can I feed with implants. They were done via the armpit.I went from a 36b to a 38e about 850cc.Can i br___tfeed with them?

I am not a doctor or an expert but my aunt has implants too and she b___stfed 2 kids (years after getting the implants, of course) . She actually had a lot of milk after both births, so I suppose you will be fine.
