Does br___tfeeding make your br___ts sag?

honestly? yes. it takes up to a year to regain the nipple`size and colour again and all the filling/emptying causes significant sagging

BF doesn't help in the sagging department, but pregnancy alone causes that. The nipple size and color does take time.

I'm 34 and nursed my daughter for 13 months. I have no sagging and my b___sts went back to the origional size. 34 B. I am athletic and have a pet_te build. 5'2" 112 lbs. I think I depends on you. The color and size do take time to go back to normal. I also sleep in a bra everynight from the time I was 23. I heard it helps prevent sagging. I'm not sure if that is it or what, but I'm not sagging yet.

I'm saggy, but I don't mind. You don't have to hold your baby to your b___st. Just lay him on my lap.
