Hi Ladies, I'm still pregnant, 27 weeks and my nipples are cracked & very dry. Does anyone know if there is any sort of cream that I can put on them? Thanks!!

Lanolin is good. Medela makes one called PureLan 100, and a lot of people like Lansinoh's lanolin. The hospital gave me a few tubes of PureLan 100, so that is what I use. I bet the generic stuff is just as good too and a lot cheaper, but I have never tried it. Also, make sure you aren't using soap to clean your b___sts. It will dry them out. Use just plain water to clean them off in the shower.

I have been using the PureLan 100 and it has been great!!! I used the Lansinoh Lanolin with my daughter and it was also very helpful!!

I use Herbal Savey. I stay away from lanolin because it is usually very high in pesticides. They dip the sheep in them regularly. Lanolin also is an allergin. Any non-petroleum salve should work just as well. You just need to create a barrier to hold in moisture.

I agree with Laura....I use Lansinoh Lanolin and it helped me very quickly and worked very well.....good luck!!
