Medela PIS What Speed To Set It At

Hi, thoseof you who use Medela PIS - what speed (I set it at 2.5) do you set it at to get good amount of milk pumped out? I get 2oz from one side and 1oz from the other in 10 min. Is this normal? 3 weeks since baby was born.

not sure about that pump, but i want to say that i had that amount into my 2nd week after the baby was born. she is 1 month old today and i seem to onl pull out 4 ounces a try. do you pump every 2-3 hours? and never go over 5 hours without pumping? the ore you empty the b___sts, the more milk you will make. i just learned this the hard way. also, try pumping for longer than 10 minutes. i sit and pump for 30 minutes. also -- do you seem to get more milk out of the left b___st than the right? i have asked this before on boards and have found many women have the same problem..
