My baby will not take a bottle or a pasifier my br___ts are both to her! I cannot leave her with anyone she is 3 months can I break this cycle now?? Mt best friend is getting married on new years, she dosnt want kids at her wedding ....help....do I have time??? What about drinking and feeding?? oh my gosh help!!

I don't agree with that, patience. My baby is 10 months old, and he won't take a bottle either. Pacifiers, yes; but not a bottle. And I've been trying for a long time to get him to take one. Some babies just won't! Amber, have you tried lots of different shaped nipples? Are you giving her pumped b___stmilk? And if so, have someone other than you feed it to her. Good luck. I feel your frustration. :)

ya Ive tried different nipps and other people giving it to her.....oh well I know now for the next one to start earlier and I dont agree with patience either that is easier said than done thats exactly what my friend (with no kids!) is saying to do.

My pediatrician advised, if she is hungry enough, she will take a bottle. With #1, she did at 3 months, after 1 and half days at day care without eating! Then, there were no more problems. With this baby, though, she won't go to daycare until she is 5 mos (she is 3 mos now) and refuses to take a bottle. I believe that if she gets hungry enough, she will take it. At this point, though, she has not been hungry enough. Today, she went 7 hours without eating (I work half-days) and, although she ate well when I came home, she wasn't even that fussy. It seems like she knows that it is either the bottle or wait until mom gets home-is that even possible?

I STARTED AT 4 WEEKS AND ARE STILL HAVING TROUBLE! EVEN WITH DAILY TRIALS. SHE IS NOW 10 WEEKS! ID LOVE ADVICE
