when I pumped today I got about 3 oz and then I waited 10 minutes and pumped again. I had another mini let-down and got another 1.5 oz. I was so happy. This happened 2 times before as well, so it wasn't a fluke. Hope this helps someone :)

I've been reading about taking Fenugreek (a herbal remedy) to increase milk supply while pumping. I don't know yet if it works.

JBear- fenugreek worked wonders while I was b___stfeeding my son, supply increased almost instantly.

Fenugreek is at natural food and medicine shops. It does work wonders. I was pumping just a few drops from each b___st until I started taking 2-3 capsules, 3 times a day. Now I produce more than I can pump out or Adrian can drink.
