Ab Excercise To Flattern Stomach

Has anyone found a good excercise to flattern their stomach? My body is almost back to normal other than my lower abs.....Help! 6 months PP

I'm only 10 days post surgery now, so I can't help you - but I'm hoping someone can, so when I get the all-clear to exercise, I can use the info from this thread!!! Good luck!!!

Try doing toe taps. Lie on your back with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle. Lower one foot down to the ground (kind of like when you pedal a bike) and then bring it back up, but don't arch your back as you bring it up. I got that from a Denise Austin workout. She comes on Lifetime at 7 AM (of course I TIVO it). I am 10 wks out from a c-section and I've found this exercise helpful.
