Abdominal Tenderness Following C Section

Hi,
I had a planned C Section almost 6 weeks ago. I always had tenderness, though now more than ever, in my tummy just above my scar. My scar doesn't hurt but the area around it does. I want to go back to normal ASAP and I have no clue why I am having these pains and tenderness. I had a complication following my C Section. The scar opened up and was bleeding. My doctor said that I have developed a hematoma. I am also br___t feeding. I used to use the football position but now using the cradle position. Does this position have anything to do with my pain and tenderness?

I had extreme tenderness following the c-section. There was no bleeding or opening of the incision. At my second ck up my dr. did a sono and discovered that my bladder was full. I wasn't peeing the way I should, so she put a catherter and within second I was releasing urine. I had the catherter on for 5-6 days but on the second, it was like a miracle had happened.
