How Long After C Section Before Period Starts

What is the soonest anyone has heard of someone getting their period after a c-section? I had minimal bleeding after my c-section. After two weeks I only spottted when I was pumping br___tmilk for my preemie. I am now 4wks 2d out from my c-section and I woke up to period-type bleeding? Could my period come this soon?

Hi there, I had 3 sections and with my first 2 it wasn't until 9 months post partum when I stopped b___stfeeding that mine came. BUT with my last one it was exactly at the 4 week mark like yours. I was also b___stfeeding but my period still came and then came regularly from that month on. My dr told me that happens. Congrats on your new baby.
