They don't do it in Canada, unless your baby is in a breech position. I personally think everything is safe when it's purely natural. What do you think?

I think natural is better, but C-section is sometimes really necessary and better for both baby and mother. Breech position is not the only reason when they need to do C-section, it is only the most common. I'm 19 weeks pregnant and I have 2 fibroids blocking the exit and I can't have my baby naturally. I have no choice unles by some miracle fibroids move away.

Are you saying they don't give c/s in Canada unless its breech? I live in Canada and I have had two. The first time I wasn't dilating enough and the last was scheduled not because of her being breech but just because the doctor said I could if I wanted. I didn't want another long labour just to find out I was going to have a c/s anyway. There are alot of risks with a c/s, it is a serious surgery but I had a quick recovery from my first so I wasn't concerned. However if I knew without a doubt that I would've had her naturally I definitely would have had her without the surgery. I don't reccomend c/s unless you absolutely need it. I agree though I can't say from experience, but I think natural is safer.
