Lumps Under C Section Scar

I had an emergency c-section Feb 22nd, just this week (3 weeks after) I've noticed a hard lump under the left side of my inscision line. It's tender but the skin isn't red or anything so it doesn't seem like an infection. The lump is about the size of a large grape. What could this be? Does anyone else have the same problem?

there should be one on each end of the incision, it's normal, just what the end feels like

I have had 3 sections, my last being 4 years ago and still have the lumps all under my scar. I also still have numbness and don't expect either to go away. But since your surgery was so recent I would get it checked out. good luck.

I had that after each of my c-sections. I think it is just part of the healing process. Mine went away after my first baby, then after my 2nd baby it was still there as of 8 months PP when I got pregnant again. When they delivered my 3rd they cut out the old scar and the lumps went with it. The lumps I had after my 3rd baby went away after a couple of months.

I just thought it was a bit strange that I only noticed it this week. I have a big one about an inch away from the left end and a smaller one about 2 inches away from the right end. I hope it goes away because some of my clothes feel really uncomfortable now.
