Hi Rae, its Deb....where have you been and how is baby? Are you still keeping him and if so how much longer until your due date? Have you decided on your birthing method? I sure hope you don't go for a c-section, I had so many problems during and after mine. Anyhow, get back in touch!!!!

Oh Deb I had my baby a beautiful healthy little girl I had to take her today to the Dr she weighs 9lbs 6.2 oz and is 22 3/4 inches she was 6lbs 12.64 oz at birth and 19 inches long

Yes she is but I am biased lolol you can check her out online at www.growingfamily.com go to Web nursery type in Mil Ohio she was born Nov 10th at OSU her name is Abigail M choose that the Pa__sword is 001672 there is 5 pictures of the kids all together she is a redhead lolol just like Justina I am healing ok my incision started coming open a little bit after I got out of the hospital they had me come back in and they retaped it and told me to watch it to make sure that no infection set up none did Thank God because I know some who have had it happen to them but very thankful that it didn't happen to me I seen where you were looking for Rae online and when I seen it i let her know about it she is so happy I am glad she kept him

soo sorry deb! ive had such a whirlwind last few weeks its crazy. we did decide (finally, and thankfully) that no one could raise our son better than we could. we named him glen adam, and he was born on december 27th, so hes not even 3 weeks yet. he was 7lbs. 1.5 oz, and 20 inches long. i didnt elect for a c section, but after 12 hours of labor, he wiggled his way up too far and he got his cord wrapped around him, so i had to have an emergency c section. it wasnt at all what i was expecting to happen. i was at 7 cm. when they wheeled me out, so i was just getting ready to prepare myself to push. the operation went well, it was quicker than i thought it would be. ive been taking it pretty easy since then. i was in the hospital for 4 days, and glen and i werent b___stfeeding right, i wasnt getting him latched on right, and he wasnt sucking right, so on the 4th day he had dropped to 6lbs. 4oz. they made an appt. with the doctor for the next monday, (i was released on a friday) and when he went in there he was 6lbs. 14 oz.! he had gained 10 oz. over the weekend. so ever since then things have been going good. not much sleep, but im getting used to it, i think. ive been watching my incision very closely, and i thought it was opening, because when i was drying it one morning (with my hairdryer) i ran my fingers up across it, and i could feel skin lifting with my fingers.. it was like that in a couple spots too, so i made chris look at it, and i made an appt. it took almost a week to get in, but they said it didnt sound too serious, so i wasnt too worried. when i went in, it was healed all except for one part, and she said that it was looking good. that was two fridays ago. i have an appt. in february to check it out again. i started a babyzone baby book, but there isnt much in it yet. one entry, and just the front page, but the address is http://www.babyzone.com/features/babybooks/Book.asp?BookID=1148524
under parents names it will say shaylan and christopher. my first name is shaylan. i went by rae on here (my middle name) so that when we were undecided i could write, but also not worry about people knowing it was me.. shaylan isnt that common of a name. anyhow.. any other questions? i always forget something. haha.. thanks for all your support all through this deb, you too katrena! im so happy to be a mom, and his dad couldnt be happier, either!

Hey Rae! Congrats on your baby son! I am so glad you both ended up healthy after all you have been through. You picked a wonderful name for him too. I am sorry you had to have a c-section, but you and baby are healthy so that is the main goal. Are you feeling ok? Let me know on here if there is any thing you need or if you have questions. I have a ton of homework right now and had to work earlier so I am off for now, but I wanted to let you know I am so very proud of you and happy for your new family. God is great and you have stepped up to the plate kiddo!
